I was playing around with the workshop and loved him but I don't know where to begin! Any advice would be helpful!!

A good place to start, I'd say, is to make yourself a breeding pair to start narrowing down your lines if you have the patience for a long haul?
A aquick AH scour showed at least one really close baby here that could be good breeding fodder, for example, that's super cheap:

Personally I'd say get a pair bred down with like, moon/purplish/gray so that you don't have much to gamble on with the colors and then just keep breeding until a multigaze pops up!

Those two? No, I wouldn't. Their primary range does not include moon so your dream would be impossible from them.

I honestly went about breeding projects of that nature by a. keeping my desired color combo saved on the AH b. regularly checking the search option for recent hatchlings and inquiring if their owners would sell c. obtain four unrelated dragons, two male and two female, to try my darndest to breed two unrelated dragons of identical colors.
