She knew she had to be patient. In her years of service to the Black Widow cult, she'd come across many dragons of different temperaments, and was usually excellent at communicating. "Hello. I'm Rosemary." Rosemary smiled gently at the Fae. Interestingly, she wasn't picking up much in terms of what they were like or what magic they might have, though she was usually extremely sensitive to that. "So..." She shifted, suddenly a bit self-conscious of her bones and muscles showing through her semi-rotten scales and skin. Usually she didn't care too much what others thought, but she didn't want to disturb or scare the Fae. "It would be nice if you would talk, I suppose, but you don't have to." Rosemary chuckled. "I'm not in a rush, after all." She paused. "Hey, would you like to see some magic I've been experimenting with?" Rosemary had recently been playing around with mixing elemental magic, and it had been working well so far, so she was sure it wouldn't blow up in her face. She glanced at the Coatl for permission.

Suddenly the strange fae screeched, harsh and high-pitched. Dark shapes spiralled across its' wings, before it darted off into the sky.

Sadiya smiles as the fae pats the bird. "Do you like her?" She put the chickadee on his head. "Here you go. Don't worry, she won't fly away." Sadiya stepped back a bit. The chickadee fluffed up its feathers and began to nap on the fae's head.

The fae listened to Rosemary's words, contemplating about something for a bit. When Rosemary mentioned her magic, it perked up with interest before glancing at Goldic for her response. The coatl thought about it for a bit, then said, "I suppose that's alright, as long as you know what you're doing."

Upon hearing this, the fae nodded and backed up a bit to give Rosemary space to demonstrate.

"!!!" Upon hearing the new fae's sudden screech, Goldic and the sanguine fae covered their 'ears' to avoid going somewhat deaf from it. They watched as it flew off, while Goldic scratches her head in confusion. After a little while, she said, "Welp. That happened," and scribbled something on the parchment.

The fae didn't have time to respond before the chickadee was placed on its' head. It sat still and glanced up at Sadiya in wonder so it wouldn't drop the little bird on accident. Goldic couldn't help but snicker a little bit at this.

The fae watched as the newcomer circled around them, curious to see what she would do. It was unfaezed when she spoke, but seemed a bit...bothered by her misconception about its' voice. Goldic was about to correct her when the fae suddenly spread out its' wings, instantly silencing the coatl as she flinched from the action.

"If it ain't broke, don't fix it," it said in a low, monotoned voice. "Talking just isn't my thing." Goldic took a double-take at the fae, clearly suprised that it decided to speak so quickly. Quickly coming to her senses, the coatl immediately started scribbling on the parchment.

She shuffled around a bit after being put down, then settled into place and stared, unblinking, at the other fae. After a few moments, she unwrapped some golden cloth from her wing and began polishing the other fae's amulet. [i](If that interaction succeeds...)[/i] Eventually satisfied with the state of the amulet, the homunculus moved on to attempting to polish the other fae's scales. [/columns]

He had his own notepad on him, and had written his name out for the Coatl. [i]Wild[/i] was all he'd written so far, his own name. He was glad to meet yet another mute dragon, even if this one was mute by choice. He approached the Fae, curious as to whether the Fae knew how to speak in sign. He set his notepad down, lifted his hands, then began to sign. [i]Hello. I'm Link, but my clanmates call me Wild. Can you understand me?[/i] He didn't wish to spook the poor little thing, and he was absolutely curious as to how the Fae would react. After all, the Coatl had said they'd react with gestures.
