Your clan has recently received an anonymous scroll from the Lightning flight. It had the following message scribbled onto it:
You have been invited to partake in an experiment!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Experiment details: This is an interactive experiment. You will need to send a clan member to interact with someone to see how they'll react.
Time it'll go on for: Until satisfaction with results.
Dragon in question: A currently unnamed Fae dragon wearing an Amulet of Necromancy.
Location: An unused field in the outskirts of the Tempest Spire in the Shifting Expanse.
Additional info: You may interact with the fae for as long as you wish. However, you may not attempt to take off its' amulet. I'll be taking notes on the interactions between you and the fae, reguardless of either's reactions. You may also suggest names for the fae if you so wish, as I am having trouble naming it.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I hope you will consider helping!
Photos of the dragon responsible, the fae, and a sky-high view of the location were provided within the scroll. If you've chosen to partake in the experiment, keep reading.

It stares at nothing in particular. "I need you to interact with it. It doesn't matter how you interact with it, I just want to see how it'll react to you. It's selectively mute, so it'll most likely react with gestures rather than sounds. If you're having trouble understanding it, I'll translate what it's trying to say." The coatl, now known as Goldic to you, pulls out a clipboard with a blank piece of parchment on it and a quill from her bag. "In the meantime, I'll be taking notes on the interactions along with any sudden changes in the fae's normal behavior. Feel free to try whatever you can think of as long as it doesn't hurt them or removes the amulet from them." Shortly after she finishes explaining, she tells the fae it's ok to interact now. The fae blinks and focuses it's attention on you. It looks at you with curiosity and interest while Goldic looks back and forth between you two expectantly. How do you choose to interact with it?[/columns]

Welcome to the Experiment
If you've read this far into the thread, good for you! You get a metaphorical gold star X3
Anyway, in a nutshell, you need to post a dragon from your clan along with how it first interacts with the fae if you want to interact with it. You can only use one dragon at a time for interactions with the fae. This is so I can type up responses faster because, oh boy, writing in-character responses is kinda time consuming ^-^;; You can switch dragons at any time, just keep in mind that I'll write the first response to the switch from where I left off in the stuff I wrote above (like I did with whatever dragon you had interact with the fae first).
I'll most likely add the interactions to the bio of the fae in the form of
Dragon: (name of dragon linking to it)
Interaction: (the dragon's interaction with the fae)
Reaction from Fae: (the fae's reaction to it)
for the sake of the experiment being a part of the research notes on it.
Feel free to add any interactions your dragon makes here to their lore (if they have any).
To be honest, I'm not sure if this fits better under Roleplay or Dragon Share, so for now it'll be in Dragon Share. I'll edit this part out of the post as soon as I can if the thread gets moved from Dragon Share.
Have fun!

Adour stares curiously at the fae, He waves but they don't seem to respond. Flitting over he asks them, "So what are you waiting for?" Having received no answer he pats the fae on the head. "Well I hope you find what you're waiting for!" Adour flies away whistling.

The fae blinks from being pet as Adour's words went over its' head. As Adour is flying away into the distance, the fae lifts its' head to look at him, slowly waving goodbye to the spiral once it had time to process what just happened.
Scribbling can be heard in the background.

It was rare for the guardian to leave her underground dwelling - especially for something as particular as this. Meesha was unsure how the letter even got to her, or how the sender knew of her existence. Sure, she had connections outside of the Clan, but they were kept very private and she was selective with who she worked with. Still, the matron couldn't help but feel like her ego had been rubbed somehow. Out of everyone on their mountain, they'd chosen her. Of course they had - she was the only one who had an opinion worth documenting, especially when it came to an experiment. In the end, it was curiosity that drove her to her homeland within Lightning territory, and the behemoth of a dragon fell to the ground at an alarming speed, oversized wings wheeling to slow her down in time to provide a somewhat safe landing.
A giant shudder shook the ground underneath Meesha's paws as she landed, cyan sparks flying. Her golem companion took to chittering about and zipping this way and that, surveying their surroundings as the guardian began her approach. She regarded Goldic with but a glance, her focus primarily settling on the fae before her. It was as still as a statue, and when it finally became animated, Meesha hufffed, warm air billowing from her nostrils and probably creating quite a gust for the small dragon.
"Did you create this?" Her voice was deep and seemed to echo as if it came from steel vocal chords. Tilting her head, she narrowed her eyes, jewelry clinking. If this was a golem like her own that the coatl had created, then she would be very intrigued. Information and knowledge such as this was valuable to her... so long as it pertained to her interests.

A sapphire-winged fae landed on the table in front of the dragon. It tilted its head questioningly, blue wings undulating as the rest of the fae's body remained still. It didn't even seem to blink, never taking its eyes off the other fae.

Apotheosis: (noun) the elevation of someone to divine status; deification.

As the fae gripped the side of the table to avoid being blown away by the sudden gust of air, Goldic looked at Meesha confusedly from her question. "Uh, kinda? It's still as alive as you and I are, it just...sorta...
happened on a recent nest in my clan. I've noticed it acts similarly to a golem or android, which is quite uncharacteristic for faes- at least, the ones I've been around. It seems interested in technology though."
The fae straightened up after the air settled again with a huff, eyeing Meesha suspisiously. It soon noticed the golem that accompanied Meesha, immediately taking interest and watching as the golem zipped around, moving only slightly every now and then to keep watch on it. Goldic quickly took note of this, scribbling away on the parchment while looking up every few seconds or so.

The sanguine fae tilted its' head in confusion as the other fae approached. Eventually, it sat down and stared at the sapphire-winged fae right in the eyes, still as a statue once more. To Goldic, this looked like a staring contest as she took notes on both faes' actions.

The fae shook its' head at the skydancer's questions, gesturing to Seafoam that it wanted to return the butterflies as best as it could. Goldic simply sighed before glancing at Seafoam. "I assure you, they're perfectly healthy, and I fed them not too long ago. As for your name suggestions, I'll think about it." She didn't intend the words to sound as cold as they did, looking apologetically at the other before scribbling a few words on the parchment.

Hm. Slightly unsatisfactory, but it wasn't a trip completely wasted just yet. While the fae was temporarily distracted by her golem, Meesha
very carefully lifted a claw, giving the dragon's pendant a few taps. That was what made her think it was comprised of artificial intelligence - she assumed the necklace was a property symbol of sorts.
Eventually her small metal dragon perched atop her head, nails clicking atop the skull headdress it sat on. Like Meesha had done earlier, it tilted its head, and when its mouth opened, it spoke in a sharp, crackled tone.
"SPECIES ANALYZED. THREAT... ZERO. INTELLIGENCE CODE 022."
The guardian frowned and shook her head, sending the golem aloft again. "I didn't
ask for a report" she grumbled, sighing. "Never should have given you a mind of your own." Drawing her attention back to the fae, Meesha focused, making the glowing cyan ring of energy around her head flicker to see if the dragon would respond.

Sadiya slowly walked up to the fae. Being a familiar handler and tamer, she knew to be very careful with the fae. She took a chickadee from her head and held it up in front of the fae. "Would you like to pet her?" She motioned to the small bird.

The fae was unfaezed when its' amulet was tapped for bit, completely focused on the golem. Upon hearing the golem speak, it took a mental note that it has been identified in some way. Its' attention snapped to Meesha's energy ring when it noticed it started flickering. After a few seconds of staring, the fae started flittering its' wings, attempting to mimic the flickering of the ring. Seeming satisfied by this, it let out a small, high-pitched squeak, similar to that of a robotic beep. Goldic flinched from the unexpected squeak from the fae, but continued to scribble notes reguardless.
@
BlueCoriander
The fae stared at the chickadee for a moment, then carefully lifted a clawed hand and
attempted to pet it. The motion itself ended up being soft patting rather than petting...
Goldic smirked at the fae's actions and started scribbling notes.
