@MurkyDepths Right from your first page, I can see how beautiful your lair is! Everyone stands out in their own way, from color scheme to a piece of apparel! Everyone's color scheme is also unique and different from each other, and yet they don't clash together. Lovely! There were so many beauties that it was hard to choose, so I'll go with my top three. 1. That is THE BEST use of Stained I've ever seen. I would never have known he had Lapis as a Primary and Secondary color! Fuschia Stained filters the colors to perfectly match his Maren Wavesinger familiar, I'm impressed! His art is adorable! His apparel also matches his colors, so his entire look melts into a Fuschia Paradise! I like how the Amethyst Roundhorns stand out slightly, a subtle, welcoming contrast against the rest of his outfit. The Ghost Flame Candles match his Secondary spectacularly, like they were meant to be together! He's an utterly amazing dragon, very, very well done! 2. There were so many beauties that it was hard to choose, so I'll go with my top three.

1. Sunderstorm

First things first: WOW. That is THE BEST use of Stained I've ever seen. I would never have known he had Lapis as a Primary and Secondary color! Fuschia Stained filters the colors to perfectly match his Maren Wavesinger familiar, I'm impressed!
His art is adorable! His apparel also matches his colors, so his entire look melts into a Fuschia Paradise! I like how the Amethyst Roundhorns stand out slightly, a subtle, welcoming contrast against the rest of his outfit. The Ghost Flame Candles match his Secondary spectacularly, like they were meant to be together! He's an utterly amazing dragon, very, very well done!

2. Aureor

He has exactly three pieces of apparel on and that is all he needs, not gonna lie. Tree Warden's Garb and Carapace Arm are a combination I've never thought of, but it looks incredible! The Sanguine Plumage adds a nice light red contrast compared to the Maroon of his arm, and the smoke gives of a mysterious vibe! Crimson Stained on Peacock make the cape of the Carapace Arm feel right at home as the similar shades of red blend together, and gods I'm just so impressed by his look!

Her Obsidian Bee's grey highlight adds an air of mystery to her, a great touch! Royal Capsule looks wonderful on her, and it's one of the best uses of Capsule I've seen!

I have honestly never seen a better accompaniment and accommodation of colours I never thought would go together into a set? Just looking at how the hex and the gembond compliment each other instead of clashing is frankly amazing, and it reminds me of Lilly pads on a lake, with stars above and ancient ruins below. Hot damn. You know that feeling on the night of Halloween, when you’re out with your friends as a little kid or on your way to something else and you stop for a minute? I [i]so rarely[/i] see prolific mirrors, let alone [i]female mirrors[/i], so I couldn't help picking her out. :'D She's wearing a skin, but it looks so natural! I quite honestly thought it was an accent at first, and only realized it was a full coverage skin once I checked. Her apparel is incredibly simple, but so effective- the crackling electricity from the Voltaic Stormclaws looks like a natural extension of the electricity on her wings, and the metal looks like armor! The voltaic halo is another perfectly fitting piece of apparel, thematically. And her familiar matches, too! I love how his accent mirrors the globs of black pigment from the white tox and the black lines in the rosettes! The chillspike crown and winter wind are a fantastic splash of icy blue in his palette, and balance one another wonderfully. I love how the pristine collar and banner drape together, with the ends of the collar being covered by the rose and thorns of the banner! Uh, the natural colors of this gal are just?? so perfect???? I must have seen orchid python/morph, cause the purple/black/blue palette is just... inexpressibly beautiful. Anyway, on to specific dragons!

Chalize caught my eye immediately because those colors! That accent! That apparel! I adore dragons that wear multiple sets of apparel and she pulls it off so well.
It's a weird detail to latch on to, but the Swallow's Leg Armor looks super cool on her? Or its kneeplates anyway lol. I guess cause it's so rarely used and it often looks clunky - it manages to just look elegant on her somehow, props for that.

Poppy also caught my eye cause of the accent, and the matchy contrast. ~~she's like a Canada dragon, it's awesome~~. But really though, the contrast is excellent on her - it's always so tempting to pile the apparel on but you've put on the exact right amount/pieces on to have her look great.

Words can't begin to describe how much I love him. His apparel blends so perfectly into him, and his accent is just noticeable enough but not sticking out to a point it's annoying - which is usually pretty hard to do. Matching a dragon to an accent + apparel is tough. Also, I don't know if this was on purpose or not, but his misspelled name really gives him so much more personality. To many people that may be seen as a flaw, but I think it really helps define him. I imagine him as a dragon who makes a lot of mistakes, but is still valued for how wonderful he is and helpful.

i'm gonna start w/ the guy i drew! he really is SO pretty - lapis is one of my favorite colors on this site for a reason! blue&gold is such a pretty combination, & I love his peace apparel too! he's such a sweet little man :D i love that he's an ambassador to the beastclans-- it's a pretty unique idea tbh!

this girl is super interesting to me. she looks spunky! she looks like a protagonist! also, i LOVE the subtle color matching on some of her apparel (the blue of her slippers matching the blue of her tert)! relatedly, peacock opal is so pretty??? honestly i had no idea

oof, this dude sounds super fun! i love that he seems like a charismatic mad scientist??? i also love his little poison dart frog!!!! and the glowing clawtips!!! and his plague rare eyes!!!!! and the way his secondary fades a little on the edges of his wings!!!!! there's just so much to love!

his mate is super elegant & interesting too!!!! ive never been partial to the lace apparel, but she pulls it off so well?? i had no idea the sweetheart set matched the colors in pink butterfly so perfectly!!!!!!

However, I also love the butterfly gene, I think especially on either skydancers or imperials they look gorgeous. Next is this guy

The obsidian with the mint opal is striking. It looks like ice frosting the peak of a dormant volcano. I like to imagine that he is difficult to anger, but is very dangerous when pushed to his limits. The matching eyes complete his elegance.

One more

This one lives up to its name with the obsidian wasp and emerald bee. The gold filigree is a decadent touch, giving a sense of royalty. Many a dragon would gladly bow its head before Loki's trickster throne.

This fae absolutely caught my eye off the bat, purple/blue are my favorite colors and I love how it blends and compliments together so nicely with that tiny splash of color. Like I said, it really draws your attention immediately.

I absolutely love love those wildclaws! Pastels are one of my other favorite themes when it comes to dragon colors and those 2 really pull off that look so well! They look very soft and pretty and the apparel really adds to them without hiding their beautiful colors completely. In all, you have a gorgeous lair!
