One day, this overzealous Spiral literally fell from the sky, far from the Windsinger's familiar air currents. He has made himself at home here ever since.
Hihara is full of burning energy and enthusiasm at all hours of the day, making him the perfect greeter for the clan. He loves all things loud and bright, and plays his trumpet with great enthusiasm. Cecilia is his muse, and perhaps, the only dragon in the clan that can calm him down for a moment.
Yunoki is his best friend, despite their horribly mismatched personalities. Other dragons often wonder how in the world the two get along, but Hihara insists the aloof dragon is kind at heart.

I may be a Cursed Tenko, but that doesn't mean that I'm a bad Kitsune. I listen to others whenever I can, and I try to give them advice if they ask for it. Even if they just want someone warm and fuzzy to snuggle against, I don't mind. I know their stories, their problems and desires. I just want to help. I think, however, that there are some problems even I cannot face. Clockwork told me as much, and I accept that. At least she comes to me for some peace and quiet. I think it helps ease her mind, but I'm not certain. For a Kitsune who's lived over a thousand years, sometimes I wonder which of us is really the elder being. But at least I can even help her.
Some say I'm quiet and reserved, but I do voice my opinion when its asked for. I just don't see a point of sharing how I feel beyond that. I'm also apparently good with hatchlings? I don't really agree with that one. They always get lost in my tails, and sometimes their parents get lost trying to find their little adventurers! I think that the storyteller Darkwind is more fitting of the title of The Friend, but she's the one who insisted that I step forward. "My adventuring days are [i]done.[/i] Ya hear?" I think is what she said. I don't get why that's her excuse, but oh well. I don't mind. I get advice from her, at times, and she told me to just be myself for this, so I decided to do just that. I just hope that itch in my tail isn't one of the hatchlings. A Wraith Yako hatched today, and he just can't seem to get enough of my tails! Always rolling around in the fluff with his brother, pearls lying to the side. Oh I hope those little pups didn't tag along! Their mother would be so cross with me for that!
But that's who I am. I'm a Cursed Tenko who lives on the Rotrock Rim, and I hope that the shadows on the horizon are just that. Shadows. Nothing more. Whatever comes to pass, I'll be here for my clan, the hatchlings who never leave my fluff, the elders who lay by my side in the sun, the worried parents and angsty teens who complain about the sky being blue, and the leaders who carry the world on their shoulders. I may not be much, but here I am. If that means that I'm just meant to be a shoulder to lean on or an ear to listen with, then so be it. I'll be just fine as that.[/columns]
