Not only does he carry a vast knowledge of the world around him, but his water heritage gives him brief glimpses of what lies ahead in his path, and allows him to skirt around danger and locate the most efficient ways through any wildlands or dungeons the party may come across. His royal upbringing taught him the importance of strategy, and he is capable of managing his clanmates in the battlefield when things start getting chaotic. He is handy in battle as well, putting both his natural and artificial claws to use as he flanks enemies while they are distracted by the rest of his party. While she is no stranger to battle strategy, she works best as a frontline defender, charging into the fray and using her bulk and strength to keep enemies away from her more vulnerable party members. She is hardy even without the armor, and will fearlessly take on foes even larger than she is. Latent plague magic augments her blows, and gives her an increased healing factor that allows her to stay in the fight much longer than most. She is a bit hotheaded and sometimes takes unecessary risks, but she always pulls through and comes out stronger than she went in. On the field, she dispatches enemies with vicious efficiency, but things only get really wild when she draws her sword. The sentient blade she carries contains a curse that inspires a berserker's rage in any dragon who spills blood using it, pushing them to spill more and more blood until the evil in the iron is sated--what the blade didn't count on was that it would be claimed by a dragon who could control their bloodlust--Sigrun is [i]always[/i] angry. What she [i]has[/i] discovered is the ability to control the humidity in the air as well as the air's temperature, to the point where she can create fog instantaneously or dissipate rain. While this seems to be more of a utility skill than an offensive one, Maiara has managed to find combat applications for her powers, such as turning a rainstorm into an ice storm, drawing the humidity out of plants and dirt to freeze enemies' feet into place, and drawing fog into enemies' eyes. She can also augment her battle abilities with basic ice magic from her staff, along with her icy breath. If all else fails? Hit them with the stick. While Gale was hesitant to bring someone so new with them as a healer, Jasmine found the plague herbalist trustworthy and convinced the prince to bring him along. The son of powerful shamans, Vallijan has learned the ways of both plague and nature, and can tell the difference between plants that heal and plants that kill at naught but a glance. He can make quick poultices to spread on wounds and carries healing potions of his own making with him at all times, always ready to leap to a clanmate's aid with the right item for their injury. His staff is used as a melee weapon to keep persistent enemies away, and also allows him to channel plague magic, so he can help defend his teammates in a pinch with pestilent spells and hexes.[/center]

While the physical strength of a fae may seem laughable for some, Gwenith has the skill to hit her enemies where it hurts the most, and her small size lets her evade counterattacks more easily. By the time they know what hit them, the poison on her knife has already begun to do its work. And yes, she's been in the business long enough to know how to grab the loot without setting off all the traps. Tolmac blitzes though his weaker foes, clearing an area so that he can take on the tougher ones one on one. Then he switches to a more strategic style, waiting for an opening before launching a deadly strike. However, she is not at all afraid to bring down the wrath of her god in the from of her own elemental magics. And while some healers may be of the more passive temperament, Brizo will not hesitate to give the other party members a piece of her mind. Fortunately, listening to her is usually the best way to prevent yourself from needing her help in the first place.[/columns]
