Lore: Nobody knows where these dragons originated from. The only thing anybody knows about them is that whenever some poor hatchling's kite flies away into the soaring crescendo, a broken kite dragon will appear a few days later with the kite's pattern on their wings. these dragons have undying loyalty to the dragon that "released" them, and often act as bodyguards or adoptive parents.http://www1.flightrising.com/forums/fl3/2278423
Requirements: Maize or Leaf Tiger or Viperia / Any bright color any gene / Maize Crackle
Wind Spirals only
Lore: These feroucious descendants of the skydancers differ greatly from their ancestral species. Their appearance is calming with their pale fur and feathers, but don't be fooled. Their appearance and colors are actually a tool to blend in with the clouds. All you might see before getting jumped is a pair of green eyes staring at you trough the mist. Sky Tigers diet consists mainly of insects that live in the area, greatly preferring larger and harder to hunt targets, but it is not uncommon to see them hunt birds too. They are skillful and fierce hunters, and no insect or bird ever gets away from them. This behaviour is also seen in combat, and an experienced Sky Tiger in a fight is a force to be reckoned with. Unlike the Skydancers, Sky Tigers prefer brawn over brains, and rarely pay any thought for magic or tactics.
Requirements: Ice Tiger / Ice Safari / White Underbelly
Wind Skydancers only
Lore: Originally discovered by the Lofty Valley clan while making their yearly visits to Dragonhome, the Highland Artisans create some of the most elaborate objects of the Windswept Plateau. They are best at making fine apparel and wind themed jewelry but many Artisans have also been known to create masterpieces in the form of carving. This sub-species are fond of the arts and are often seen taking inspiration from other Flight regions to incorporate into their craft works. Artisans born of Wind often travel to faraway regions to sell their creations, where those born of Earth tend to stay closer to home and share with their closer neighbors. Highland Artisans are found in the highest of mountains where they can produce their creative arts in peace before descending to show off their crafts to the world.
Requirements: Peach Petals / Spruce to Mint Safari, Saturn, or Peregrine / Any color Spines
Wind and Earth only, Skydancer and Spiral only
Lore: Wind Walkers are selected randomly as eggs by the Windsinger to have special powers. These powers consist of being able to walk on air (hence their name) and they can fly faster then any dragon and creature in Sornieth except the Deities, which aren't exactly dragons. They guard the Windswept Plateau from intruders and clans declaring war.
Requirements: Triple Sapphire to Sunset, any gene but Basic
Imperials, Wildclaws, Spirals or Skydancers only, no Flight restrictions

Lore: The Harvester bees are said to be born from Windsinger's snores and that they have magical powers. They can be very shy and usually stay to themselves but when provoked they can become very fierce. They collet pollen from various plants and spread the spores by riding the winds which makes residents sleepy. Many people residents in win flight collect these spores to help children when they have nightmare. Not only that but also that their honey helps cure burns, and residents in fire flight use the honey on hatchlings that get too close to the lava.
