LORE: This subspecies was formed when a couple of ill and outcast coatls named Vision and Mirage received the Flamecaller’s blessing. Dull grey coloration is a sign of failing health in coatls and these individuals had accepted their charcoal feathers as a sign of bad luck that would follow them all their lives. Flamecaller took pity on them and ignited the fire that was missing. After receiving the blessing their wing feathers began to shine brightly with a living fire, all the more noticeable because of their otherwise ashen coloration. Now they carry the flame of Flamecaller on their wings. Currently these subspecies mainly live in Ashwall waste, but there is no telling where their offsprings and other similarly blessed coatls may end up moving. The document under Rekindled in Fire subspecies hub now includes new colors! We have got quite a range because all firey colors are okay for the wings and all grey and black colors are allowed on thylacine stripes. Primary color is still charcoal to make breeding easier, because there is quite a lot of unsuitable colors between charcoal and next good looking color gloom.

I redid this introduction thread to better show the new combinations. Soot and Coal variations added. First ever soot Rekindled with fire eyes are now in existence because the wider color range nest just hatched.
