The average colour for Sornieth Tigers, these dragons like to stalk the warmer climates of Sornieth, especially where there is high grass and trees.
Primary: Cantaloupe-Orange Piebald
Secondary: Orange-Fire Stripes
Tertiary: Obsidian-Eldritch Thylacine
Breed Specifics: Pearlcatchers, Tundras, Imperials, Wildclaws, Coatls, Skydancers
The average, natural tiger colours. May be able to add a wider range of oranges with the new wheel.
One of the rarer colours of Sornieth Tiger, the white variety range in preference. They can live in snowy forests, grasslands, or tundra, or any warm, snowless variant of the previously mentioned terrain. They’re not as good at hunting as Goldens and Standards, but they still do well.
Primary: Antique-Moon Basic OR Orca Tiger
Secondary: Antique-Moon Basic OR Orca Stripes
Tertiary: Black-Eldritch Thylacine OR Orca Underbelly
Breed Specifics: Pearlcatchers, Tundras, Imperials, Wildclaws, Coatls, Skydancers
White tigers are another mutation. They have no orange colouring, but do possess black stripes. They could also do relatively okay in the wild.
Golden Sornieth Tigers are not as common as the normal coloured ones. They’re pretty similar in tastes, except these guys don’t like forests as much.
Primary: Gold Piebald
Secondary: Gold Basic
Tertiary: Orange-Fire Thylacine
Breed Specifics: Pearlcatchers, Tundras, Imperials, Wildclaws, Coatls, Skydancers
Golden Tigers have dark orange-rust stripes instead of black. They are not natural, but are a result of mutation. The similar colours to a normal tiger would allow them to survive alright in the wild.
Slightly rarer than the first three mentioned tiger colours, the Snow tiger prefers any place with snow, to help hide their blinding white hides.
Primary: White Basic
Secondary: White Basic
Tertiary: Flaxen-Buttercup Thylacine
Breed Specifics: Pearlcatchers, Tundras, Imperials, Wildclaws, Coatls, Skydancers
Snow white tigers are similar to white tigers, except their stripes are a pale golden, or almost non-existent. They would most likely not survive well in the wild.
One of the rarest colour types, Maltese tigers are elusive. They’re usually smaller than all other variety, and feel uncomfortable outsides of forests. Some say they love water more than the average tiger.
Primary: Steel-Denim Piebald
Secondary: Steel-Denim Basic
Tertiary: Obsidian Thylacine
Breed Specifics: Pearlcatchers, Tundras, Wildclaws, Coatls, Skydancers
There is no photo evidence of actual blue/maltese tigers, only artists’ renditions, and the reports of people seeing tigers, smaller than the average tiger, roaming the wild with blue-grey fur. If these tigers do exist, it is believed to be a mutation caused by inbreeding due to loss of habitat and therefore mate choice.
Melanistic Sornieth tigers are more common than the Black and Blue variety. They are much like White tigers, except they’ll stick to nighttime hunting if they live on open snowy terrain.
Primary: Black Tiger
Secondary: Black-Eldritch Stripes
Tertiary: Obsidian-Eldritch Thylacine
Breed Specifics: Pearlcatchers, Tundras, Imperials, Wildclaws, Coatls, Skydancers
Melanistic tigers are tigers with heavy black stripes over a white, tawny, or orange body. Seeing as there are no genes yet on FR that can properly show the whole range of Melanistic possibilities, I’m sticking to the black-on-white variety.
Black tigers are just as rare as their blue cousins. They prefer to use dark forests and the nighttime for their hunting. They tend to avoid any place with snow.
Primary: Obsidian-Eldritch Basic
Secondary: Black-Eldritch Basic
Tertiary: Obsidian-Eldritch Thylacine
Breed Specifics: Pearlcatchers, Tundras, Wildclaws, Coatls, Skydancers
Like the blue tiger, there have been reports of pure black tigers being spotted in the wild, also smaller than the average tiger. Some think they are similar to the blue tiger in that they are created through heavy inbreeding, though none have been caught on camera, so it is believed it may be people mistaking panthers for tigers.
Subspecies Requirements:
Various colours and genes for each type, all require Thylacine.
Eye colours: Any
Breeds: Any breed with fur of any sort (Tundras, Pearlcatchers, Imperials, Skydancers, Wildclaws, and Coatls. Black and Maltese Tigers do not include the Imperial breed due to size restrictions)

Out of the deepest of forests, from the uncertain parts of the grassland, through the shadows of the night, the Sornieth Tigers emerged. They lived for years as loners, only having company when they had a nest and babies, with a mate to help raise the young. But now, as the Clans grow and the Beastclans grow fiercer, many are leaving behind their ancient, lone ways, and are now joining the Dragon Clans. Their cunning, strength, and speed, have made them formidable allies.
