[Q: How many outfits do you make?

When you order a pack, for no additional cost we make you 2 outfits. However, if you wish for us to make more than 2 outfits, in the order form, you can provide us with how many outfits you want made (5 being the max per day). If we provide any less than that as we didn’t find inspiration or were just stuck, we’ll send you 1000 treasure as compensation. You can order outfits for up to 5 dragons, but no matter how many outfits you order for a dragon, you will only get apparel from one of those outfits.

Q: What if I’m not satisfied with the outfit?

There is a 100% money back guarantee. If you ever feel dissatisfied with the outfit(s) we provide you, please tell us as soon as possible. Either we can try again to make an outfit, or we will send you back all of your money with an additional 5000 treasure/5 gems. However, we will not provide you with any apparel from the outfits. Please do not misuse this, or you will be banned from the thread.

Q: At what point do I get my apparel?

After we provide you with the outfits, you notify us if there is one you would like to receive apparel from, or if you are left dissatisfied with the outfits we provide. If you are satisfied with an outfit, we would send you apparel from that outfit. The amount of apparel we send you depends on the pack you choose to purchase.
