just slapping this right here so I have SOMEPLACE to write my lore and clan info. Solis Filiis is a collective clan of dragons who span the majority of flight types. For the most part, the clan is stable and many of its members stay within the clan to assist those who do not stay. Originally from the Starfall Isles, the clan moved to the Sunbeam Ruins by the new leader. They were led by a Naomi-blooded wildclaw named Otto, who originated from the Sunbeam Ruins himself. Large dragons assisted in the move by often carrying either large objects or smaller dragons. [center][size=3][b]Roles Within the Clan[/b][/size][/center] ----- Solis Filiis has a typical hierarchy within it's ranks. Of course, this ranking still applies to the Solem Glacies and Sol Ventume branches. ----- [columns][item=gilded crown][nextcol][color=#db920b][size=5]Clan Leader[/size] Being the leader of a clan is difficult, nevermind the leader of a large one. The current leader is Otto. As leader, all decisions from the Sun Council must pass by him to be accepted.[/color][/columns] ----- [columns][item=brightshine raiments][nextcol][color=#fcd41e][size=5]Sun Council[/size] The Sun Council is the filter separating normal clan problems from those needing attention from Otto. Requesting larger portions of food is different from creating a trade route with another clan and the Sun Council takes care of most of these issues. [/color][/columns] ----- [columns][item=map kit][nextcol][color=818ca1][size=5]Ambassadors[/size] Within the clan is flight-orientated and appointed ambassadors. These dragons are loyal to their flight and by oath, must not have any children or mates. That's not to say that some dragons within this group wish otherwise. Their 'work' is most often compiled reports from their respective flights and duties.[/color][/columns] ----- [columns][item=forgotten crown][nextcol][color=#101640][size=5]Secondary Clan Leaders[/size] Taking their orders from the dragons above, these clan leaders are who run the outposts situated outside the Sunbeam Ruins. Though they lack the assistance of a full council and ambassadors, they have a small assortment of dragons who act as their guide for supporting a smaller clan. They may seem like they are at the bottom of the pecking order, but in reality they are just below those above them. Which means that they are treated fairly but have no power to make laws and such. If they do want a change though, they are welcome to discuss their grievances with the Sun Council or Otto.[/color][/columns] -----
