Is it also strong enough to cause manipulations in the way others see them, or is it so incredibly weak that others can see right through them? [i][b]Psy Pwr[/b] is an incredibly important stat, as the majority of stats can be easily manipulated if their Psy Pwr is strong enough.[/font] [*][font=times new roman][b]Frndlnss:[/b] Short for [i]Friendliness[/i]. How friendly is your dragon? Are they great at making friends, or are they a complete loner? Are they chatty and amiable, or do they cast a scary aura around them? [i][b]Charisma[/b] is tied into this stat.[/i][/font] [*][font=times new roman][b]Threat:[/b] Is your dragon dangerous? Should they be feared by the general population based on their stats? [i]An overall rating of your dragon, it's stats taken into consideration. When a stat is "tied into" another stat, it usually means that the stats mirror each other. For example. If my Psy Pwr had a rating of- say, 3 stars- then the stats that are tied into Psy Pwr (Attack and Defense) would both have 3 stars. [b]Then what about the stats that have "can be tied into"? Are they inherently tied into that stat?[/b] Those stats are up to the player's choosing! If you want your dragon's Psy Pwr to manipulate- say, speed- then they absolutely can! Psy Pwr, while important, [i]shouldn't[/i] be the determining factor of your dragon's stats! Dragons can be physically strong, bulky, and/or fast and have the lowest Psy Pwr the world has ever seen. They can also resist themselves from attacking or going supersonic fast. As I've said before, [b]those stats are up to the player's choosing![/b] Go wild with it- it's just a base.[/quote]

Not many dragons realize this. It is true; The Library is the furthest from True Arbor, sitting along the sea that corners The Tangled Wood and the Sunbeam Ruins. Because of this unique location, The Library offers attractions to both tourists and scholars alike, who look to get a taste of the fresh, open air and seasonal flowers only native to the region of the Everbloom Gardens. The city itself borrows ancient architecture from the region of Mirror Promenade, located in the Sunbeam Ruins. Sunlight illuminates the cracked cobblestone roads and marble exteriors of the houses in the city, and the wind from the distant Windswept Plateau gives The Library it's signature sweet breeze. However, the true Library is nestled within a hidden corner of the city, a spot most travelers oversee when patrolling about. It makes it's home in one of the several gigantic Oak trees that are scattered throughout the city's exterior. One without any particular knowledge might assume that the Library is what it's named after- a simple, well-lit library. However, scholars from the Sunbeam Ruins and Starfall Isles flock to The Library as it holds the key to understanding Sornieth- and consequently, the entire universe. When you step into the Library, you are immediately greeted by soft seashell windchimes and a lovely waft of nearby candles that fill the base of the tree. Sunlight filters in through multiple carved windows, and the pleasant breeze from the Plateau makes its way in, rustling the light green curtains covering the windows. Shelves are in neat rows of two, but books and papers are scattered everywhere, and with each new fresh breeze, papers come out from hiding, dancing slightly in the wind, before settling down in their new spots. A medium-sized gray Tundra is seen off in the far edge of The Library, his nose permanently glued to an ancient scroll. He dresses lightly, and the most noticeable thing about him is his draped mantle, floating cream lanterns, and a small corgi next to him, happily eating flower petals. Nearer towards the entrance of the Library, a smaller brown Tundra, dressed much like him, wanders around, helping scholars and organizing the mess made by the breeze. And to a far right, a pale Fae sits in a cushion, observing the area. A sense of peace and calmness wafts throughout, and weaves its way into the city air, collecting a feeling of content and happiness to all dragons prospering in The Library's vicinity. [url=http://www1.flightrising.com/lair/309731/301267/1]Dragons living in The Library[/size][/center] ------------------------------------------ [center][b]PART 2:[/b] [i]Inner Arbor[/i] [size=2]True Arbor is split into two distinct parts: Inner Arbor and Outer Arbor. Those who are brave enough to venture outside of The Library are greeted with the first section of Arbor: Inner Arbor. Inner Arbor is nestled in between The Gladeveins and The Shrieking Wilds, creating a mixture of swampy ground and thickly grown canopies that envelop Inner Arbor. The fresh breeze from The Library- and, more distantly, from the Plateau- are absent here, since the thick growth of the forest blocks most wind from trickling in. Because of this, Inner Arbor is mostly damp and tropical, though some places experience a phenomenon that causes conditions to become colder and tamer closer to The Behemoth. However, dragons living here who are one with nature thrive under its harsh and unexplainable conditions, creating a utopia for flora and fauna to live in and survive. Two dragons oversee Inner Arbor as its guardians: Tholan, guardian of the thick canopies and native flora and fauna, and Skov, guardian of the swamps and rivers that are spread throughout Inner Arbor. Many here are kind and cooperative, as long as you do not harm the environment they live in. However, deep down, everyone is fiercely protective due to the fact that Inner Arbor houses Arbor's only nests and hatchlings. Because of this, many who try to enter are strictly forbidden, unless granted access from the librarian or his assistant back in The Library. This makes it the most secretive and lesser-known region in the whole of Arbor.
