It was clear that they were running from something, but the clan leader Althea had welcomed them with open arms and offered them protection. Now, Awen is missing. Branna insists that someone has kidnapped Awen, a secret society that searches for special hatchlings like Awen. Branna is determined to save her hatchling and begs for assistance from the clan. Althea, the clan leader, refused help. Althea organized for the immediate area to be searched for the missing hatchling, but she couldn't assign dragons to go on a wild chase for a secret underground society. After leaving the clan, Branna is surprised to see a young Pearlcatcher named Cressida following her. At the next town, Branna hires a Guardian named Nasim to help them locate the hatchling. With Awen taken, Branna is determined to get her back. She knows that Awen is special and if she falls into the wrong hands, it spells disaster for everyone. Cressida wouldn't be able to explain why, not to anyone, but she knew that Awen was important. Dispite the pressure from her family and her clan, when Branna left to search for Awen, Cressida followed. She didn't know anything about the Wildclaw and didn't know exactly where they were going, but she knew that Awen was a part of something great. Something about Awen's magic spoke to her, deep to her, and Cressida wasn't going to let that go. She is determined to find out why she is so drawn to Awen. I blew well over 1mT and 2kG on setting up this story. I'm not quite sure why, but I can't just make up a dragon in the Scrying Workshop and write about it. It always has to be a real dragon that is in my Lair before I can write about it. As you've seen in the above posts, I've got quite a bit of those dragons together already. I'm going to try and only incorporate dragons into the story that I own already. So if I don't have the dragon, it won't be showing up in the story. This is supposed to be a nice creative project for me, but if you'd like to help me out, you can consider donating! When life burst forth from the darkness, It was the Voidkeeper who split itself into different sections of the world, allowing the eleven Deities to take form. After the Arcanist, there was nothing left of the Voidkeeper, except the hollow whisper that echoed all throughout space. The Voidkeeper watched as it's children destroyed the world that it had given them. The Voidkeeper mourned and continued to whisper out into the vast darkness. A millenia had seemed to pass, and the children of the Voidkeeper had children of their own: Dragonkind. One of these creatures, Sybil, found the Voidkeeper and spoke to the deity about her prophecy. The isle is located north of Dragonhome. The temple itself is underground, below the island. The only thing visible from above ground is a door with the rune of Chaos carved into it. The door itself can only be opened by a certain phrase which is kept hidden in one of the thirteen volumes of the Books of Sybil. This is the place where followers of the Voidkeeper gather to worship. This is the place where Sybil Voidwalker had previously opened a doorway into the dimension of the Voidkeeper.
