34 years after the Epilogue
Estel, demigoddess of light and hope, began the groundwork for her clan and kingdom within the Viridian Labyrinth with the help of those abandoned, hopeless, and hurting. Upon completion of the grandest, most exquisite kingdom known during its time the clan members gained hope and the healing they needed.
62 years after
Dagor, demigod of death and despair, powerful sorcerer, moved in with Estel into her kingdom of hope.
63 and a half years after
Dagor, filled with greed, tried to start running the kingdom his way without the permission of Estel, thus giving her the only choice but to banish him.
Within the same year Dagor raised an army of the dead, bringing forth the tormented souls of Sornieth. He unleashed them upon Estel and her clan, starting a war and killing everyone but her and himself. Estel trapped Dagor in an enchanted urn and buried it deep within the crumbled walls of her kingdom, she left for Dragonhome where she slumbers to this day.
176 years after
Estel's kingdom laid dormant, it wasn't until the great dragon, Thror, came along that the kingdom had life in it once more. Thror had no kingdom of his own, he was a wanderer and explorer of Sornieth. He fell in love the kingdom and decided to spend his whole life there, dedicating many waking hours to the restoration of kingdom. He died before he could finish the whole thing, much of the kingdom was saved but much was also lost to time and the forest.
214 years after
Aelin, the Patriarch of the clan, found what Thror had restored. He finished what the old dragon started. Staking his claim in the Viridian Labyrinth and claiming the hallowed grounds as the start of his new clan, his clan of the Oaken Glade.
At the time Aelin was still a young adult dragon, not knowing everything there is to know about starting clans, or ruling a kingdom, getting everything running took patience and taught him many things he still uses today. Now he is old and wiser than he was then, his beard is tinted grey but he is still just as strong and good of a leader as he was back in his hay day.
216 and a half years ago
The kingdom was running smoothly, everyone was at peace. There was a constant influx of new faces coming in almost daily. Aelin's first set of hatchlings were now fully grown. The test to see who would take his place at the throne began. The two most promising of his children were an orphaned Guardian named Sven, and a son who looked just like him, Andas. Towards the end of these tests Andas overheard Aelin speak of choosing Sven, one who is not of the royal bloodline and certainly not suited for the throne. (Sven had been using bribery and cheated his way into winning each test Aelin had for them.) Feeling betrayed by his own father he ran away and explored Sornieth. The missing son set the palace into a panic. Aelin gathered his most trusted guard, Bolos "
The Lady of the Light", and Leuthil a petty thief and street rat, but a talented fighter and smooth talker. Together they all set off to search for the missing son. In Aelin's stead he left Sevn in charge.

Sven was a good leader until he became bored of his duties. He decided to look around the castle, he wandered deep below into the dungeon. He kept going until he could hardly see, even with the help of candle light the room was far too dark. He stepped into a doorway and four sconces spontaneously lit with an eerie violet light.
Before him stood the pedestal upon which Dagor's urn sat. The room was quiet but his ears filled with faint whispers which turned to screams, he felt cold hands push him towards the pedestal yet there was no one there. He looked at the urn for what felt like an eternity. That's when he heard a language unknown to any dragon of Sornieth. He no longer had control of his body, he reached for the urn and had unleashed the demigod of death and despair. Dagor began his reign of terror once more, this time over throwing the clan and making himself king.

During all of this Aelin, Bolos, and Leuthil had found Andas climbing the side of a great mountain in Dragonhome. Aelin and Andas made up and began their trek back to the clan.
The earth quaked. The sound of rolling thunder could be heard for miles, yet the sun shone high in the sky. A brilliant display of lights appeared before them as Estel awoke from beneath the mountain. She could sense the presence of the vile demigod, she hurried them back to the clan to find that many of the dragons who lived there were either imprisoned, or killed. Dagor had unleashed his army of the dead once more, the once sacred grounds were now tainted with evil. This is when the second battle took place. The battle was long and arduous. Estel fought alongside Andas, Bolos, and Leuthil to help defeat Dagor's army. Leuthil was killed in the process. Aelin took on Dagor atop one of the castle's spires.
During their fight Dagor used his sorcery to pass through Aelin like a specter, leaving within him a sickness with no cure. Just when the demigod thought he had won, Aelin pierced him through the heart with his sword. He dissipated and left behind a pile of ash and cinders. Estel knighted Bolos "
The Lady of the Light" and brought her with when she returned to her mountain. Aelin freed what dragons were left of his clan, more than half left (as did Andas), those who stayed soon moved when Aelin moved his kingdom to the Earth territory.

These years left abandoned has softened that cursed soil. What once toiled beneath in the cover of shadow and despair was cleansed by new, comforting light. Those distant grounds await their return. And so it is foretold.

Earth
After the events that drove what was left of the Oaken Glad out of their home, they followed Estel's footsteps and returned to that mountain range in Dragonhome where Andas was found. They had carved their new kingdom into the side of the moutain, some of it stretching within. Soon they had forgotten of their loss and heartbreak, and had begun to be merry once more. Soon after they had established themselves among the local Earth clans, the king's health deteriorated. With each passing day his body grew weaker and weaker. Soon Thilia joined the clan and the two were married just a few months after. His new wife Thilia had decided a change of scenery may do him good, they packed their things and left for the Shadow Flight.
Shadow
They had staked their new claim in an abandoned kingdom in the Shadow territory. Since they had lived in the Labyrinth for so long they were used to the dark forests surrounding them, and all of the strange noises that came from within. The move was long and trying, but they completed it with no problems. For a while the king began to feel better, his color was more vibrant and he went out to visit with his citizens just like he used to. This did not last, soon he fell ill, even worse than before. Many believed he was dying. Everyday he used all of his strength just to walk to his throne.
One day when he awoke, Thilia still sleeping, he got up to prepare for his day when he noticed something green growing from under his scale. He plucked it out and continued his day. This happened again, but more had grown in different places. He plucked these and continued. This happened over and over again until it became too much to cut back and pluck. He let them grow. Soon his body was covered with Wisteria, wrapping 2 and 3 times round his large Guardian body. He set Felce out to find a cure for this disease.

Time passed and Felce had created a medicine that could slow the plant's growth, but couldn't get rid of it. Overtime Aelin learned to live with the Wisteria and began to resume his kingly duties. Soon enough it was time for his clan to move. They set their sights for the Plague Flight. Aelin hoped there would be someone there who could help him.
Plague
Despite moving to such a dangerous and desolate place, the clan's energy and mood improved. The king sent letters to every non hostile clan around in search of some doctor who could help, no one answered. The king's state of health stayed the same during this time, he was always weak but still tried his best to see to it that his kingdom was running smoothly. They stayed in the Plague flight for over a year until they felt it was time to move on. Their new home would be in the Wind Flight.
