Yeaa Marshall's a bit freaked by the uncanniness in that way but the main thing is, wow, those weird hatchlings smell REALLY DIFFERENT from tundras or any other kind of dragon he's ever known.
As for bigness, I'm going with them being average hatchling sized. Growth spurts, man.

I have gotten so happily lost in your writing and then had to go snoop in your lair and then came back after wishing for the umpteenth time I could favorite dragons to finish/catch up on the story and just ... WOW. I love it. Your writing style is wonderful and is hecka inspiring to see. (Also this is the first i'm seeing of a FR nuzlocke and i'm v e r r r r y tempted to try my own lol)
The characters are all super engaging and i am very thankful you're continuing to share their lore here. 83c
