Navigator Harbor
[columns]
The heart of the City and the reason for its thriving economic success. What at first seemed like a small group trying to profit of a good location on Sornieth grew to be a major merchant harbor with several dragons knowing the place as both a tourist attraction and a cornerstone of trading and adventure.
All thanks to the on-going efforts of the Kingsmith family and their Navigator Guild of Merchant and Explorers.
As the heads of the richest family in the city, Farris and Nephilim are considered clan leaders in all but name and every dragon residing at Porto knows exactly how far and wide their power, connections and money go as they manage to keep the entire city wrapped around their fingers and keep control of land, taxes, security and laws.
While dragons from other clans often see the Navigator Guild as a prosper and fair group, the other factions in Porto have their own... Considerations about relating to the Guild.
Regardless of it, all agree on the importance of the Guildmasters in keeping the city's economic growth and at the end of the day, those living in Porto only follow one deity: profit.

The reason we call it "The Barrel" is because the people living there don't get along at all and they're always sabotaging other's lifes. It's pretty much a gunpowder barrel waiting for an explosion.
It's the centre portion of the town where most of the local services and establishments are and where most dragons will go for shopping and trading. As the economic heart of town, the area is safely guarded by the Keepers of Helgardr Keep and heavily patrolled by the Clan Scouts.
Even so, the animosities between the very successful and rich Barrel, it's own ambitious and greedy citizens and the Pirate Bay sellers will mean that every once in a while, there are conflicts and fights happening.

Porto's Pirate Bay / Pegleg Quay
"Farris, get over it, calling it Pegleg Quay doesn't change the fact it's a Pirate Bay."
Right at the heart of Porto is the large bay of Caramaelstron Beach which divides the city between the Navigator Harbor and the Pegleg Quay.
As the less noble characters start appearing, only the bravest tourists follow the shores of the former Pirate Bay, revealing the more bohemian [s]and illicit[/s] sides of the city as the Stormsbane Wharf and the Faipur Docks rise in the horizon on the shores of Portopeixe and Porto Porto, respectively.
With the Gilly n' Gull tavern sitting at the very heart of the two as their common ground and meeting place, the area is often sought by those looking to escape the Navigator rule over the city as well as enjoy nightlife after the curfew imposed by the Helgardr Keepers.
Portopeixe and the Stormsbane Wharf
Housing the second largest faction in the city, the Stormsbane Wharf offers cheaper taxes for docking boats although they still submit to the Navigator Guild at the end of the fiscal year... You don't need to bother with details.
You're free to park, they charge less, but the place certainly drives home the fact that they are not the diplomatic kind. Hailing from the Scarred Wasteland, the Stormsbane crew believes in surviving at all costs and will not hesitate robbing, pick pocketing or downright pillaging whatever goods you leave hanging around.
Needless to say, the Keepers have the time of their life trying to find evidence against the Stormsbane dragons, but they are really good at not leaving any trace of their thefts behind.
At night, most dragons are found at the Gilly n' Gull tavern and it's surroundings, the Gilly Walls.

The Gilly n' Gull Tavern and Inn
[columns]
A gigantic series of several warehouses belonging to the eastern Porto Docks that were the residence of original Clan Leader Pegleg Kelly. It's comprised of nine buildings and the Peatonal that oversees the waters over a small stone wall where you'll often find lots of dragons sitting by to drink.
Some of the warehouses are home to fancy restaurants, pawn shops, and the well known Porto Food Club but they are all considered part of the complex known in town as the Gilly n' Gull tavern, owned by Clan Leader Pegleg Kelly and managed by his several associates, including Gilly – from whom the place borrows the name, Carolinda, Lynn, Vanessa and Hakim.
Oh, by the way, watch your pockets, the place isn't exactly in the safest areas of town.

Porto Porto and the Faipur Docks
At the very end of the Pegleg Quay is the huge mansion where the traders from Faipur Caravan settled in after being hired to do most of the gathering work Porto so greatly needed to maintain itself.
With the same size and positioning as it's twin sibling at the other side of the Bay, the place could potentially rival Greatshell Hotel should it's residents opt to turn the place into a tourist attraction. However, the Faipur Caravan takes pride in being a close-knit group that is pretty much familiar and so the gigantic Blueridge Greatshell Hotel is simply a private home, having even been renamed Faipur Residence.
As the caravan return from their travels once a week with goods gathered from other flights than Water, most dragons in town see themselves forced to venture through the whole of Pegleg Quay towards the Faipur Docks in order to buy the finest import goods and produce the town has to offer.

As the less noble characters start appearing, only the bravest tourists follow the shores of the former Pirate Bay, revealing the more bohemian
and illicit sides of the city as the Stormsbane Wharf and the Faipur Docks rise in the horizon on the shores of Portopeixe and Porto Porto, respectively.
You're free to park, they charge less, but the place certainly drives home the fact that they are
not the diplomatic kind. Hailing from the Scarred Wasteland, the Stormsbane crew believes in surviving at all costs and will not hesitate robbing, pick pocketing or downright pillaging whatever goods you leave hanging around.
Needless to say, the Keepers have the time of their life trying to find evidence against the Stormsbane dragons, but they are really
good at not leaving any trace of their thefts behind.
At night, most dragons are found at the Gilly n' Gull tavern and it's surroundings, the Gilly Walls.
The Gilly n' Gull Tavern and Inn

Maren Shores
The long section on sand shores that stretch for a few miles between Caramaelstron Bay and the Portos Beaches, Porto Porto and Porto Peixe
Is made up of a few different beaches, islets and the watchposts between them.
The Lighthouse
Living in the old Lighthouse is Marieta and her twins (that aren't twins, nor aren't hers). Nobody is quite sure what Marieta works with, only that she'll always have a surplus of money she's willing to lend, so long as you never forget that you own her something. She's mysterious and very popular around town... Certainly among the richest members of the clan. Her husband is Quill, known for being responsible for the city now having a Representative Council for each Flight. At their toll are the Sour Twins, Sour Grape and Sour Cream, who are in fact responsible for managing the Lighthouse at night, first watch done by Cream, second one by Grape. Marieta takes the job of informing of arriving ships during the day. Quill is just using her money as her boytoy (if you can call a 50yo man a boytoy, that is).

Maren Watchpost and the new Nilfay Coven
A small archipelago of several stone islands with hardly no vegetation and no boat access, housing a single stone tower where local Maren Representative and diplomat Adrienne, or Drie, lives. The fact she is a Maren in dragon disguise is not exactly a secret, but she acts as so. On more recent years, a fabled coven of dark magic and practitioners has been... gathering around the Maren Shores once every fullmoon. They call themselves the Nilfay Coven, but not much more is known about them. If you're curious, however, you should go find Freya Nilfay, who is the coven leader.

Caramaelstron Beach
The famous and largest beach in town, with a large promenade called Pietonal which oversees the Navigator Harbor and the Pegleg Quay. Because of the large boat influx at it's waterfront and piers, the beach isn't fit for bathing but it's still a popular place with several food and sales stalls offering a wide range of products.
Local town vagrant Caio lives under one of the many piers reaching into the waters of Caramaelstron, the Keepers are always on his tracks but since he never does anything exactly agaisnt the law they have no leverage to arrest him.
Being homeless by choice or circumstance is not a crime, Farris, Judge Edd would say.

I think I'm going to turn this into a sort of Draw Your Lair Challenge!
I'm going to start going as I draw them.
My goal is to draw all dragons, human and quad!
