The mirror head shot is really cute and stylistically unique! I'd agree with the 80-100kt/g for them would be fair, but that also would depend upon if you were to do all genes included or charging extra for genes. I'd say price it at 125g/kt at least if you are going to do all genes included.

I like the Wildclaw one the most, so I will vote for that one. They all look really nice though, so you could always set up an adopt shop will all of them as options.
For price I agree with the people above me for the mirror, for the Wildclaw one I'd say between 100-150 kt (particularly if the armour's colour could be changed), and for the Guardian I would say between 50-75 kt.
