Though Arbol is not biologically related to Kuro, he pays no mind to it and views all of his parents with equal regards. He is closest with his mother, who understands his restlessness--a guardian who was yet to find a charge cannot be complacent for long, after all.

The Citadel: It is a massive, castle-like tower, built up from the abandoned ruins of a Maren structure found on the seafloor. It breaches the surface of the ocean and extends high into the sky. It is not all that far from the mainland of the Tangled Moor, but it is impossible to see the shoreline from the Citadel itself. Originally belonging to Rei and Hyoga's former empire, this monumental structure is now the place that all residents of the clan call home. Permanent, less nomadic residents live in the lower half of the structure, while travelers and temporary visitors occupy the top half. These are known as the Low Tide and High Tide, respectively.
The Empyrean Spire: This spire branches off of the Citadel and is connected via several marble bridges at different levels. It is in an overall better condition than the main building, as it is a newer feature--it also reaches higher up into the sky than the Citadel does. Most of the clan's magic users and seers live in this tower, hence its name.

While there is an impressive--if unusal--amount of technological advancements within the city, most of it is rather old. Instead, the Clan of Wandering Skies relies on the magic of its residents to keep itself functioning (explain in more detail). The Citadel is built up from a shallower portion of the ocean floor, nearest to the Tangled Wood. The water surrounding the city is rather cold, and is a deep, dark blue. Other structures relating to the clan are scattered around the area, but from nowhere in their territory is one able to see the shoreline.

While most residents of the Citadel are loyal to the Tidelord--they do reside in his domain, after all--there is a wide variety of allegiances present amongst the clan. Some dragons do not worship even a single deity, while others are loyal to multiple. However, for many, their allegiance to the Tidelord has waned ever since he went silent.

The clan is familiar with all of Sornieth's festivals and widely celebrated holidays. Due to the nomadic nature of many residents, word travels quickly. Celebration of all elemental holidays are present within the city, but the Wavecrest Saturnalia is the grandest of them all. An enormous feast is hosted at the beginning of the festival, and all of the clanmates can enjoy music and the arts and literature of their peers. The clan also gathers to throw grand sendoffs for any of their clanmates that might decide to leave the Citadel, in search of, adventure, a calling, or even a new home.
