The improved accommodations attached merchants far and wide, only to be subjected to unjust trading rules - just as how locals were subjugated for physical labour. Wealthy merchants and a some few from the nobles rejected the heavy handed royalist's rule. An incident soon sparked to overthrow the monarch of that time. The young heir and his alliance was successful in dissolving the royal court and in it's place, a Mercantile Alliance was installed. The ruined structure suggests some form of memorial place and ritual prayer. A band of Moon Pilgrims took up residence and set about refurbishing the shrine. The location is shrouded and unseen but sometimes unveiled for outcasts and pariahs seeking refuge.
