I haven't written poetry that much, so I thought I'd just make a small thread with stuff I've done and to practice.
If anyone actually wants me to write something for them I can try - although I haven't actually done any lore commissions yet so bear with me ^^' If you want to request, please link the dragon with a description of their personality, and any keywords for inspiration.
Examples(all done in this thread):

last farewell
And then
I'll take you
And be there
One last face
Close the doors behind you
Before you leave
Forever
Into the unknown...

a dizzying blur
a blooming rainbow
Stunning
roses, tulips, lilies, sunflowers
It's like art, y'know?
the flowers are the paint
my hands are the brush
the world is my canvas
every bud is a penstroke
together, a picture
In this grassy field, I can make
no mistake.

my boy Eclipse is a Sonic fan dragon who has a decent amount of lore. i think he deserves a poem. im kinda broke rn but i could trade you items for your time :3

he is somewhat childish in a way but also has a strong sense of responsibility. he has seen his kin slaughtered like animals and has been powerless to stop it. he had four children that werent even the same species as him but he loved them more than anything in the world. as stated in the lore, three of them died. he seeks revenge for them but the human/black arm treaty stops him from attacking the humans. he is filled with a kind of secret rage because of this.
he is very kind and calm when with his own kind but acts like a wild animal around humans. its in his nature...
im not sure what else to write other than that he came from a thing known as "the million year cocoon". thats not exactly 'personality' tho. oops.

your friends falls in front of you
knowing that you could’ve saved
reversed the impossible
maybe
Let them suffer
Why do you do this?

Throw down something irreversible
