Sadly, there are some restrictions on what people without accounts can do (namely image uploading and page renaming). To avoid people feeling forced to create an account in order to do these things, the Lorebrary has a list of volunteers you can contact if you’re ever in trouble.

The volunteers listed here are all willing to help upload images, rename pages or answer any questions you may have. As this relies on me keeping this post actively updated, you can also find the up-to-date list on this spreadsheet. If using the spreadsheet, please only contact someone who's stated they're willing to help with your specific request. Volunteers are organised by flight.

You are not expected to dedicate hours to this, or to do everything on the list. Your name will only be listed on this post if you’re okay with actively assisting other users. If you’d rather just work behind the scenes and not be contactable for help, that’s fine, and if you’re not 18 or your country’s equivalent we absolutely don’t expect you to help with the adult content stuff!

I don’t have a wikia account. Can I still upload my lore?
Yes! You don’t need an account to create a page. However, you do need an account to upload an image. If you can’t/don’t want to make an account, that’s fine, simply contact a volunteer in the previous post for account-restricted edits.

My lair contains separate clans, how do I show this?
Use Page Tabs. You can name your main page [Username]'s Clans, or the name of the main clan, whichever works best, and then use page tabs to keep them all together.

Can I edit someone else’s page?
While there are no locks in place to prevent this, you should not do so. A volunteer may correct layout/categories but the text on the page should only be edited by the person whose lore it is. Basic etiquette, I would hope! If you feel that your lore has been edited please contact a volunteer.

Note: the only exception to this is if your page had contained inappropriate content. If in doubt, please PM me and it’ll be investigated.

My lore is NSFW. Can I still post it?
Due to FR’s Rules and Policies concerning links to NSFW sites, the Lorebrary does not permit content of this nature.

I’ve only got scraps of incoherent lore. Can I post that?
Yes! Lore is lore, no matter how vague or detailed!

I commissioned someone else to write my lore. Where do I credit them?
As long as the credit is somewhere, it's up to you how you do it. You could credit the relevant author under each section, or you could create a heading at the bottom, around where 'Trivia' can be found on a lot of pages (e.g. this one) called "Credits" or similar and list off who wrote what section there. You can also contact the author in question to ask if they have a preference where they're credited, if that would be an easier way to decide.

I don’t have an account but want to upload images/rename my page. What do I do?
Please contact a volunteer listed above with a link to the image and the page you would like it to be placed on and they’ll get to it as soon as they can.

Do I have to contact a volunteer from my own flight?
Not necessarily. They’re organised by flight for ease of access but unless you’re pinging them in your in-flight hub there’s no reason you can’t contact someone from another flight.

I want to delete a page but it won’t let me. What do I do?
Deleting pages is admin locked. If you’d like a page deleted, PM me with a link. Please only request the removal of a page you created. An admin will only delete it if they know it’s your own page.

I don’t understand an instruction/I’m trying to do something but it’s not explained in this guide.
PM me or one of the other volunteers and we’ll do our best to sort you out!

Its Queen, Selene, was a powerful mage who used her powers over the moon to conquer huge swaths of land. In a time before consolidated kingdoms, Lunae was considered one of the most powerful clans in all of Starfall Isles, with its capital atop a tall hill in Starwood Strand. Following a series of devastating battles, including the death of Selene's consort and heirs, the empire crumbled, and Selene used her magic to pull herself into the moon. She stayed there for hundreds of years. [u]Lunar Point's Foundation[/u] Long after Lunae had fallen, a lone dragon settled in the area around the capital: Nyva. She had recently lost her eggs and mate in a freak accident, in which her family all disappeared without a trace. Nyva mourned and decided to spend her life as a hermit in the nearby ruins. However, Nyva was soon joined by other outcasts, looking for a place to call home. She (and the new neighbors) noticed that the large hill was perfect for stargazing, away from the treeline of Starwood. She decided to open the door to other dragons who sought guidance from the stars, and thus the new city was dubbed Lunar Point. It was then that Selene decided to return from her self-imposed exile in the moon. Her time there left her almost ethereal, pearl reflecting the moon. Selene promised to resume her rule over the area, as she still had claim over it, and offered everyone to remain as her court. Events will likely be something more roleplay based where clans and dragons can interact.

There’s currently nothing here, but I’d love for the Lorebrary to be able to host lore-related events, and occasional giveaways.

If you’re interested in hosting any events, please let me know! It’s something I want to see happen, but something I know very little about setting up or running so if it’s down to me they’ll be very rare.

Raffles and giveaways will likely occur when the Lorebrary reaches specific page counts or similar milestones. I’m hoping for prizes to be along the lines of services, such as bio writing, coding, art and levelling, and maybe lore dragons. If you’re interested in donating anything along these lines please let me know and I’ll contact you when I’m looking to set one up.
