Yet elegant is still the first word that comes to mind-how can this be? The roar of the nearby waterwheel fades as the door [i]snicks[/i] shut upon your entry. Inside sits a peaceful coatl female, seemingly asleep. Yet one piercing purple-grey eye opens and fixes you with a penetrating stare. Without moving the rest of her body, she rustles her wings and a shower of parchment floats down around her. She selects one and sits up gracefully, grabbing a quill made with one of her own feathers from a table beside her. "What story will your stance tell me today, hm?" She seems to be speaking to herself, yet you look down at your posture, startled. "Oh dear, am I scaring you? How you stand and speak tells me many, many things about you, you know. I may only be a simple secretary, yet the stars and the ink speak to me. They have a really extensive history but I think it can be summed easily. Born as a farmer/"harvest witch", was abducted and became a slave for two years at a very young age, was promised release if they assisted their master in murder. They, along with two other slaves, started murdering the targets, but one became an ally and good friend. The other two slaves eventually died, and Sarnor returned but the master ordered them to kill their new friend. To be free.. they made the sacrifice. However, as they left, they were caught and made a slave all over again. This time the master was much nicer, and the slavery lasted only one more year - and that was because of an accident in which Sarnor murdered his family and he couldn't handle their presence anymore. After that, they wandered alone for many years, hunting and encountering more problems. Loss of an eye in a forest fire, chains making their limbs sore, and plenty of circles of friends and mates leaving, cheating, or dying. More recently they have overworked themself after finding two mates cheating, having to babysit the children from them and clean beds from their acts. He was an abused child, with one sister. His parents would beat him and make him fight his sister for food and water. They would also.. do.. things to him - very, very bad things - resulting in the loss of his innocence. He wasn't so much a slave but a captive. A captive in his own house. To his own family. He was beaten so badly, his parents thought they couldn't use him anymore, and almost drowned him - thankfully they changed their mind, but it resulted in the continuation of his torture. After killing his sister, he was left outside for a week with only animals as food and chlorine pool water that made him sick. His family had been killed by werewolves, and he was bitten and turned. Soon afterward, he was abducted by a whole faction of different races like Minotaurs and Orcs and such, and was used as a pit fighter before proving himself to be a capable warrior and hunter. Tied to a pole when he and a group of them were camping, he encountered a vengeful bear who soon became his pet. He was free of the faction and went on to tame and care for animals for a living, and soon his pet bear died, but he has continued on. Recently he's been traveling with his pets. [b]Anything else I need to know:[/b] Minor shapeshifter, he can only become a Coatl and a werewolf. He's male and only twelve years old! Casual as well! ------ [font=Garamond][size=4]Elkin was very unsure about this. He wondered how he'd ever been dragged into this. Sarnor was an impressionable fellow, that was for sure. The massive Wildclaw led him to a more secluded area where they could see a hut. "[b]I-is that it?[/b]" The young dragon questioned, to which Sarnor replied with a nod. The pair continued forwards and as they neared the Wildclaw took note they wouldn't be able to fit inside entirely. They stopped at the front of the hut, gingerly opening the doorfor Elkin to enter. They put their head and most of their neck inside, the rest of their body outside and laying down - tail up. Elkin forced down a gulp. He had only one animal with him - his spider. And Sarnor, of course, had a baby snake inside their feathers. How could they live with that? He shook his head, tarantula climbing atop his head and offering a wave to the other Coatl inside whom she noticed was looking their way. She lifted one of her little limbs to do so. Elkin bit down a chuckle at his spider's antics, tensing as he looked at the dragon before him. What a small, yet delightful show it was he saw. The summoning of parchments. They just appeared out of thin air! Elkin wished he could do that. He looked back to Sarnor, whom seemed as neutral and bored as ever. He looks back at the other Coatl, brows raising at her voice. Was she really that good at deciphering people? He was, indeed, a little frightened. That seemed more like his Wildclaw friend's thing - a detective like person who could determine so much of a person by simple sight and smell. By voice and person. He didn't know what to say, but eventually he piped up. "[b]Y-yes, please do![/b]"
