Question: can we use a blending tool/gradient tools that are part of our art application?

I'm excited! This is the first time I'e participated in a coloring contest~ The cockatrice are so gorgeous, i had to try my hand at one

[/quote] I certainly hope so, cos that's like 80% of my entry. I was basing the "gradient/blending" rule off the flats example -- the Bunny's nose is basically what I did for mine. But hopefully we can get some clarification from @Undel cos if I'm wrong then I'm disqualified :/
