Clan Positions
Council
Seacrest is recognized as the leader of CrestHaven for his kindness and compassion towards all who live and visit here. He often says that is not just him that guides the clan, but others as well so he should not receive such kind compliments.
Belnan is a Seer and thus is often come to for advice and guidance. He is very often seen with Seacrest as the two are always whispering about ways to further protect the clan from harm.
Sauron, the Records Keeper, has every last detail about every possible thing that has happened within the clan and to the dragons. She doesn't really bother with keeping records of dragons who have left, so many older records have been lost or damaged as a result. But generally, if there's a question, she has the answer.
Damocles merely sits on the council to represent the Night Warriors. He is far friendlier when it comes to his cousins and thus is able to speak easier with the other members of the clan. When there is a dispute between the Night Warriors and the rest of the clan, it is Damocles that often steps in to subdue the situation.
Trainers
Masterson serves as the head trainer and is responsible for dividing the duties of each trainer and apprentice equally. With so much to do and so little time, he's always found with a schedule in hand, making last minute edits and such.
Hatter though he is a co-founder of CrestHaven, prefers battling it out and securing resources for his clan. At first he simply scavenged and dug for ingredients but through Masterson's encouragement, Hatter became a fine master trainer.
Sentinel had been a part of Masterson's and Hatter's team and been the last one to gain the rank of Master Trainer. She more than makes up for her slowness by training interns for Bossdad at unparallel speeds (at least compared to Masterson and Hatter). Now she rarely fights alongside the two anymore.
Starcatcher is still a trainer apprentice. He'd rather follow Regent around than take his training seriously. He is closing in fast, though not as fast as Masterson would like, to becoming a Master Trainer and cannot wait to go explore the Golem Workshop with his teammates Barrubus and Niaka.
Barrubus honestly couldn't care less about becoming a trainer. His primary focus is to find a hunt that'll satisfy him for a lifetime and believes that can be found within the Golem Workshop. Though he hesitated to join the GW team when he discovered Starcatcher would be leading it, he ultimately decided that such a nuisance could be tolerated for his greater purpose.
Niaka has been known to be cryptic and very fond her gardens. So when she volunteered to be the healer for Barrubus and Starcatcher, everyone had been stunned, save for Starcatcher who may have had something to do with it. She's a Master Trainer now as she did not like being away from her gardens for long and has no issue waiting on the other two to finishing their training.
Theotass *Th-a-o-tass* is a cold hearted mercenary that only came to the clan to fill his lair with treasure. He prefers to wear armor and apparel that signifies his achievements as a fighter/warrior/merc for hire and loves his profession. Fighting in the Ruins will keep him busy and make him rich, the only real things he cares about.
Warriors
Night Warriors
Thesus, being a Night Warrior, prefers to keep his distance from the clan while also serving as a protective force for all to feel safe under. He's been known to creep along in the shadows at twilight, when the moon and the sun share the same sky, to make sure all is well.
Aria is swift and skilled with the bow, just like her big cousin Thesus. While the coatl may be the reason she had been brought to CrestHaven, she stays because of all the stories she get to hear from the dragons passing through. She's less dark and mysterious than her Thesus, but still prefers the thrill of the fight at night than during the day.
Killian had been forcibly dragged to CrestHaven after his cousins, Theseus and Aria, found him. Before his now imprisioned life, he had been a free spirit that plundered as he pleased. Now, the nocturne ducks and hides from his family and trainers in an attempt to find this freedom once more.
Taz is better described as a 'Wild Warrior' rather than Night Warrior. He had been found in the Rainsong Jungle by Muneca and dumped to Theseus to deal with. After a little digging, it was discovered that Taz is indeed descended from their bloodline and officially their problem. So the first thing Theseus did was assign Killian as his guardian.
Magnus prefers to be alone. He studies hard to become a strong warrior for his mother, but does seldom else. The purpose, instilled by the first Night Warrior of CrestHaven Theseus, of the warriors is to protect the clan. Something that Magnus does minimally. His only interest is to pass on his genes to the next generation so he doesn't have to worry as much about all this.
CrestHaven Warriors
Apollo talks more than he fights, but if he must use his talons instead of words, he will. Often boasting about being descended from great warriors, he says that it's only natural he takes the path of one as well. Should any of his children decide to stay with the clan, Apollo expects them to follow in his footsteps.
Practitioners of Magic
Harlequin...let's just say that if he ever breeds, it has been unanimously decided that the clan is going to up and move out of the Shifting Expanse.
Imp has been tied into the magical veins as any fae would be since he was a hatchling. He's always having conversations with something that isn't there. Or perhaps something that cannot be seen by the other dragons. Every once in a while, he'll be invited to join the council in one of their weekly meetings. As to why, not even those tuned into the gossip networks know.
Rio as dedicated his life to dark magic, specifically necromancy. He's always seeking to further his powers over the dead and is rumored to have an undead army at his disposal. Now that he's aware his dark powers are hereditary thanks to his daughter Celica, he is on the lookout for someone that can provide him with offspring of unimaginable power.
Healers
Quentin has a very calm nature. Though he is of the Light flight, he feels very at home amongst all these lightning dragons. He became a healer as he wished to help the clan prosper as a momentary stop for wayward dragons and figured having a healer on call would be the best bet.
Lylena is Quentin's daughter. Unlike her father, this imperial has a little pep in her step and is very ambitious to become a healer just like her father. Though she has only just started her apprenticeship, she believes she could take over her father's position. Her father on the other hand, believes otherwise.
Scientists/Alchemists
Rabble, referred to as an Alchemical Scientist, he dabbles in both Alchemy and science, always working to bring the two together, generally resulting in a beautiful explosion. He created his assistants on a whim and very often has to drag them out of their labs in order for them to actually assist him for all of five minutes.
Equalise and Overflow are Rabble's experiments/assistants. They mostly just do what Alchemical Spills do best and blow stuff up in the lab space they've been granted. The both of them are all over the place and only aide their creator when it happen to suits their mood.
Serena came to the Shifting Expanse to combine magic and science in perfect harmony. She'll get very excited if you show an interest in her research or very flustered when you disregard it. In a huff, she'll explain all the different concepts and theories she's come up with and won't stop until you agree with her. She's often found working with Rabble on some odd invention or another to improve the lifestyle within CrestHaven.
Eutechios or simply called Techio, is a proud Stormdancer. His love of storms has turned him something of a geek and he plans on not only being able to predict when a storm is going to form, but to be able to track them. Being able to do so will make the job of a Stormdancer that much easier and give them more time to decide who is truly the best shaper of the storms.
Messengers
Raimi takes pride in her position. As the clan is slowly growing, lairs are becoming further away from each other; so when a message needs to be sent, Raimi is the mirror to call upon. Leave whatever it is outside your lair at set times throughout the day and she'll have it delivered within minutes. She also loves to talk so be careful. A simple greeting could turn into her gushing over her son Muneca or granddaughter Celica.
Scavenger
Wendigo only stays in the clan because it is where his mate, Raimi, is. If he had it his way, the two would continue his endless journey throughout Sornieth. But no. Raimi loves CrestHaven so it is here he stays. The imperial only became a scavenger to prove that he wasn't some freeloader within the clan. He goes out everyday to gather items for the clan to use or store away. Sometimes he'll end up being gone the whole day.
Celica became a scavenger as she wanted to benefit the clan in someway without the use her dark magical abilities. She figured that this was the safest way to do so. She'll often keep an eye out for materials for her great uncle Rabble to use in his alchemy. Her familiar has come in handy on more than one occasion in finding otherwise rare or valuable items.
Dust Rescuers
Muneca loves being a Dust Rescuer. He loves being able to go out and explore the Shifting Expanse. Helping lost and confused dragons back to his clan is simply a bonus to that. With his special mirror eyes, he's able to detect heat signatures of dragons and find them far more easily than other dragons would.
Financial Manger
Lightsoul keeps track of the spending of the clan and allots a budget to each dragon should they require a little extra spending treasure for something that caught their eye in the marketplace. She manages to the funds Rabble goes through in creating his alchemy projects, decides how much each item they sell on the market will cost, and goes to collect their profits several times during the day. Needless to say, she's put in a request for other employees.
Swan is the result of Lightsoul's request for more employees. Her goal for staying with the clan is to save up enough treasure to head out to sea and live the life she had always dreamed of. Being able to tease Killian about his predicament doesn't hurt much either.
Den Mother
Aerope hadn't planned on becoming in charge of the hatchlings. It just sort of happened. Playing with the young ones and teaching them about the history of the clan and their reigning deity had been a pleasure she had done every so often. But every so often turned into every few days, then every other day, and then, well, everyone just came to acknowledge her as the caretaker of the hatchlings.
Storyteller
Regent loves nothing more than going out, finding an adventure, then coming home to tell the hatchlings and any dragon that showed up that day his latest grand achievements. Yes, he may add a little flair here and there when the story starts to get a little dull, but every single story is roughly 80% accurate. After all, a story is only as good as the way you tell it.
