Gladly! That'd be super; I'm always open to some allies/clients/enemies so just hit me up and we can work something out. Just know that my lore doesn't quite correlate with the canon, but I'm open to tweaking my lore a little if I don't have to alter a large portion of my guild. Anyway- hit me up and we can talk.
` HOW WAS THIS THREAD ORGANISED?
All the nitty-gritty foundations to start, then leading into the lore with an archive preceding it, of course. Probably none of the written stories will be in order - honestly, I might be writing more ficlets of my dragons than anything. But the writing's not happening yet anyway, so I shouldn't be counting my chickens right away.
` WHAT INSPIRATIONS DID YOU HAVE FOR THE LAYOUT OF THIS THREAD?
A lot of lore threads. Like, so many. I'll look up the rest later, but for now, these two are all I have linked.

The guild is run by a hierarchical system. The Leader (and his son, although the boy does not have the power to command) stands above the rest; Elders are close behind, and withhold authority to certain orders. The Elders are an irreplaceable source of advice, having lived long lives. Then comes the Lieutenants, who double as the Leader's right- and left-hand men. as well as instructors and captains for the other dragons. They are granted the ability to order lower-tiered dragons around, but are not to abuse their power. These three tiers are given individual rooms. Suppliers, Combatants and other members are of similar standing. Usually, they dorm with one another, apart from dragons with special positions.
Listed roles are not fixed; higher ranking officials may choose to assist with restocking supplies and trading. The more skilled may choose to coach others at any given time. Suppliers may also double as combatants when necessary, and vice versa, as long as they have the required skill. They may also choose to take on roles within their own groups. Sometimes they challenge themselves in other positions, leading to tragic consequences. Yoon especially hates when Eridian decides he's bored.
(Still a WIP; some missing permas + may alter some primary roles)

His adoptive son, Opheos, is often determined by others to be a leader of sorts as well, despite his young age and small size. Mostly due to the fact that everyone dotes on him and obeys his word.

Treven, Negotiator.[/columns]
The Guild's elders consist of whom remains of the old clan. These survivors were and still are Yoon's pillars of support; they advise him, encourage him, and reprimand him whenever needed. Within the Guild, they also assume other roles distinct from those as a Council of sorts.
Ophaelie, Yoon's adoptive mother, is the leader of the old clan. She had died, along with her mate, Yugo, who served as her protector and Yoon's father. With her sudden return, nobody quite knows what to do with her, and so she serves as an advisor and, well, whatever else she's up to doing.
For as long as any of the other elders can remember, Amiya has been the resident healer and shaman. She contacts with spirits for assistance, but also uses traditional methods of healing, such as herbs and the like. She also has knowledge of recovery magic. Everyone respects her, no matter their faction.
Cerestes and Althea, as the oldest of the Elders (with the exception of Ophaelie and Yugo) and with the most experience with children, are assigned to deal with minors. Cerestes is a midwife and a nanny for all hatchlings. Althea on the other hand, deals with teaching and disciplining them.
Treven, with his talent with words and his inability to stop talking, fell into the position as a negotiator sometime along the line of their work. His job mainly deals with difficult clients, hostage situations, interrogations and a backup speaker for Lock. He also dabbles in undercover work and assists espionage missions.

Ravonor, Seer/Arcanist.[/columns]
Crimson Crown's lieutenants are the Leader's closest aides - save for one, at least. They reserve authority over the other members of the Guild, and are expected to carry their duties with utmost justice and honour. They double for Yoon in times of need, and each hold command over units of their own.
At the top of the lieutenants stands Lock, a cyborg dragon who undertakes most tasks that do not require the leader's presence and word. He stands in for Yoon during most meetings and things requiring some documentation. Others would say that Lock is their Guildmaster when it comes to paper and theory, whereas Yoon stands at the helm of each battle. As the dragon in charge of meeting clients, Lock doubles as both a secretary to Yoon as well as the Guild's representing figure for those who do not know his superior.
Eridian and Eden are both the closest friends and guards to Yoon. Their power only recedes Lock's by the tiniest bit, but within the Guild, they are highly recognised as powerful leaders and warriors. Eridian serves mainly as Yoon's protector, whereas Eden was, at one time, the guard of Yoon's mate. They also retain the peace within the Guild, and train others during their free time. On the battlefield, however, they assume roles as commanders, fighting alongisde their Guildmaster.
Although openly against Yoon's rule over them, Luthien was appointed by the Guildmaster himself as a general. His authority is less than that of the commanders, but still withholds a lot as a lieutenant. He leads a unit of his own into battle, and sometimes dabbles into espionage. He's well-recognised for his skill. During these times, he often works with Sunjae, who plans out these missions more often than attends. Sunjae, rather than being a fighter, is more of the brains of each operation. He prefers not to get his hands dirty with blood, but is more than willing to do so for justice.
He doesn't often act his position out very much, but Ravonor, their neighbourhood seer and arcanist, leads and teaches potential wizards. He doesn't usually attend missions due to his explosive power, but when he does, it's an all-out war. He mainly supports with magical buffs and enchants their armour, but otherwise doesn't fight. He's also able to tap into future-sight, and has more than once saved lives.

Eidel, Striker.[/columns]
Combatants are the lifeline of the Guild; what is a mercenary guild without their fighters? These dragons are commonly enlisted into missions not deemed important enough for the generals. That said, they are not to be underestimated. As members of the infamous Guild, each individual is a better fighter than the average dragon, and could quite easily take on multiple dragons and leave with a few scratches.
Each of the individual dragons' ranks do not set them apart from one another in the hierarchy. In fact, they reflect their fighting styles, thus allowing for Sunjae to strategise around their preferences around in battle with ease. Barachiel is a Savage, meaning he fights to the death without discrimination. Dongho fights to protect others; even if it means his life. Atlantius fights with honour, but isn't afraid to dirty his hands.
Shownu, like Atlantius, fights with honour. He's a frontliner who goes back and forth between protecting and attacking. Elektel - is self-explanatory. Blep works as a vanguard; he tanks and brings attention to himself to protect the others as well as help upset the opponents' balance.
Ailana is a fighter who fights for survival. Vulcan's role overlaps with Barachiel's in terms of intimidation. He overpowers others with his strength. Eidel, as a striker, uses his agility to confuse and chip away at his opponents' bit by bit.

These members fall into individual categories of their own, or lack purpose on the battlefield. However, they are invaluable to the Guild in their own ways, be it for economical purposes, feeding the clan, or in entertainment. These individuals have an equal status to the combatants, but however, it isn't abnormal for them to be unfairly treated due to one's own opinions. This act of belittling those who work within these unique fields are very much frowned upon by many.
Heize and Canus, especially, face this injustice often - yet somehow manage to prove their worth every time. The Guild keeps them as entertainers; they raise the morale of the group through dance and song. As for Markus, nobody really knows why he stuck around with a Guild of Mercenaries, but he often assists those who wished to avoid violence to work around it with diplomacy. Jingyi is a beast-tamer - a self-explanatory role.
Arisaema works both as the disciple of Amiya, as well as the Guild's herbalist. She gathers all kinds of herbs for all uses before distributing them to various specialists for their different uses. Glacea helps keeps things in the vault safe and organised. Alder occasionally stops by the vault to gather or stash items and gold, as the travelling merchant of the Guild. As their prized source of imports and exports, he is personally protected by a member of their own, Irwyn, who also shares the love for travel.

Hierarchy
aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
(Still a WIP; some missing permas + may alter some primary roles)
aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
Leader(s)
Yoon, Guildmaster.
|
Opheos, Prince.
|
After the fall of their initial clan, the ragtag group of survivors formed a new one - this time as a guild. Yoon naturally came to lead them as the son of the original clan's founder, although newcomers sometimes doubted his rule over the infamous group. His adoptive son, Opheos, is often determined by others to be a leader of sorts as well, despite his young age and small size. Mostly due to the fact that everyone dotes on him and obeys his word.
aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
Elders
Ophaelie, Founder.
aaaaa
Cerestes, Midwife.
|
Yugo, Founder's Protector.
aaaaa
Althea, Teacher.
|
Amiya, Shaman.
aaaaa
Treven, Negotiator.
|
He also dabbles in undercover work and assists espionage missions.
aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
Lieutenants
Lock, Representative.
aaaaa
Luthien, General.
|
Eridian, Right-Hand.
aaaaa
Sunjae, Strategist.
|
Eden, Left-Hand.
aaaaa
Ravonor, Seer/Arcanist.
|
He's also able to tap into future-sight, and has more than once saved lives.
aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
Combatants
Barachiel, Savage.
aaaaa
Shownu, Champion.
aaaaa
Ailana, Fighter.
|
Dongho, Knight.
aaaaa
Elektel, Elementalist.
aaaaa
Vulcan, Berserker.
|
Atlantius, Warrior.
aaaaa
Blep, Vanguard.
aaaaa
Eidel, Striker.
|

A Guild is nothing without a rulebook to keep an air of order around. Moreso when a rebellion may break anytime soon within it. - Do not take from the vaults without the Leader's permission nor the Vaultkeeper's. Any requests to remove an item from the vault is to be recorded at time of withdrawal in full detail. Not leaving a record or receiving allowance from the Leader or Vaultkeeper will be seen as stealing with ill intent and is a serious offense.
====- Also, stop messing around in the vaults, with permission to enter or not.
====The Vaultkeeper is tired of cleaning up your messes. And there are valuables in
====there. Stop. Messing. Around.
- Patrols must patrol the area around the territory. Some things are easier to see on the field. Defenders may patrol if they wish to, but preferably keep a lookout from the Headquarters. Patrols and Defenders may freely switch between roles whilst on duty. Dragons with free time may assist in the protection of the Guild, as per tradition to temporarily take on a role.
- Always immerse the self in the Springs first before entering the Headquarters. The structures are delicate; your true weight and size, is not. Illium has permission to act out his fury if you ruin his works. And you do not like a vengeful Illium. It is highly preferable (and required) for members to enter only after transformation to human form.
NEW* - Familiars are to be left in the common area for beasts when inside the Headquarters. There is a separate entrance for these grounds, so stop shoving your Hydras through the front door or god save me I will end you if I have to listen to another complaint.
====- The only exception to this rule is the Beast Tamer. Apart from the official
====Beast Tamer, familiars within their rooms will be punished. Unless it's a Hydra.
====Don't bring Hydras into the Main Headquarters. And Wartoads. And Yetis.
====Oversized beasts are not allowed.
NEW* - Do not barge into rooms unassigned to yourself. Seriously. Just don't do it. Go sleep in your own room; it's there for a reason. For you to sleep in, and not in the Leader's room. Get it in your head.

The religions practiced within the Crimson Crown are those that worship all deities known on Sornieth (known to be Sorneinism), those that worship their individual flight deities, or those who practice none at all. This varies between each individual, through their experiences and pasts, deriving from their personalities, and how each deity might resonate with their hearts and purposes.
Most dragons of the Crimson Crown, however, practice Sorneinism, a doctrine that teaches its believers to worship the deities of Sornieth. But while this is so, some may display stronger devotion to one's own flight's deity, or maybe a selection. This is not a forbidden act, but one must be careful to not place a single deity upon a pedestal and neglect the rest. All deities, after all, have made Sornieth the place it is now.
Sorneinism teaches believers that each individual deity holds a purpose more than only an element. It teaches that each deity holds a different purpose for the balance of the world. A single deity could not carry the entire burden on their own. Thus each deity would make up for the weaknesses of others. The duty of each deity is as follows, as per the Sorneinism belief:
(wip \/)
- Earthshaker, the Deity of Earth, holds the power of strength, leadership, and cooperation.
- Flamecaller, the Deity of Fire,
- Tidelord, the Deity of Water,
- Windsinger, the Deity of Wind, is the father of art, entertainment and trade. Music, poetry, storytelling, drawings, theatre. Safety in travels and a booming business. One looks to the Windsinger for guidance in these areas - especially so with tradesman following this religion.
- Lightweaver, the Deity of Light, is the pillar of life. While nature herself is often depicted to be sustenance to life, it is the light that feeds the nature. Thus dragons of the Sornein belief depict the Lightweaver with the image of revival.
- Shadowbinder, the Deity of Shadow, rules over the world of Death.
- Stormcatcher, the Deity of Lightning,
- Icewarden, the Deity of Ice,
- Arcanist, the Deity of Magic, quite obviously is the epitome of knowledge and intelligence. He is the beginning of both science and magic,

Not everyone is satisfied by Yoon's neutralist way of running things. Not everyone is a fan of a young Plague-borne running the whole fiasco, no matter his talents. For one reason or another, dissatisfaction birthed factions, be they open expressions or not, bringing with it a turmoil of tension. The factions, especially Luthien's, threatened the Guild's otherwise peaceful life, leaving the dragons on guard against supporters of other dragons.

Supporters of Yoon, apart from their personal agenda, tend to care for only survival, doing whatever they can to ensure the Guild lives on. These dragons don't mind hurting others, as long as they earn some benefits. They understand the cruelty of the world after all; they understand that to survive, it is to eat or be eaten. Despite that, taking the lives of others is still rather difficult for them - with an exception. While goodness comes after well-being, Yoon and his people tend to have reservations against requests about war. As such, they try not to delve into details, because when they do and their clients are the perpetrators, they would without a doubt turn against their clients.

Perhaps the most pacifistic of the bunch, Eden's supporters are only filled with goodness and loyalty. They're the most faithful, able to risk their lives for the Guild and their colleagues. Most are friendly and sweet, but some are brooding individuals with morals tougher than diamonds. That said, they're the least likely to participate in meaningless violence, although some are required to by position, and will do it out of loyalty. Dragons under Eden's guidance are casual supporters; they don't mind that Eden isn't leading them, because they understand that Eden himself respects and supports Yoon wholeheartedly.

These supporters are the unruliest bunch - they loathe the laws and live only to fight. Of course, there're some exceptions, where they believe Luthien would lead them better for their own reasons. They're mostly an individualistic bunch, putting themselves first before the Guild and its name. Some are ticking time bombs who may turn against the Guild and Yoon at any given opportunity; Luthien's supporters are the largest concern for the rest of the Crimson Crown, and are what plague the atmosphere with tension.

For whatever reason, there are individuals who could either care less, unable to choose, or would rather stay out of it. Factions
|
Yoon's Faction
---
neutral good
---
Supporters of Yoon, apart from their personal agenda, tend to care for only survival, doing whatever they can to ensure the Guild lives on.

Eden's Faction
---
lawful good
---
Perhaps the most pacifistic of the bunch, Eden's supporters are only filled with goodness and loyalty.

Luthien's Faction
---
chaotic evil
---
These supporters are the unruliest bunch - they loathe the laws and live only to fight.

No Faction

neutral neutral

For whatever reason, there are individuals who could either care less, unable to choose, or would rather stay out of it. These dragons support nobody, and if someone comes along, will likely accept them and their new system. They have morals that may come from any of the factions, or maybe none of them at all.
