Tauter Ohhh, nice! It's cool to see it actually being used :)

Starrlight How long it takes to do a set depends on a lot of this (mostly my motivation) but I think I've gotten pretty fast at processing images?
I generally start by thinking of what I want, e.g. "a horizontal thorny bit for a divider" or "something I could use as a bullet point". Then I load apparel in the dressing room with an invisibility cloak underneath so I don't need to manually cut out anything.
Sometimes I do need to draw things in by hand or play around with combining the elements in pretty ways, but I find that to be pretty enjoyable.
The recolouring is pretty much automatic thanks to the "Actions" menu in photoshop :)
