I believe that @Taelen doesn't actually draw your dragons for you - these are simply line arts that you are free to colour in and use for your dragon. In the post above me you can see someone used the Tundra line art to colour in their dragon. They also explained this to someone who made the same mistake as you.
You can certainly colour these in if you have some art program though :)
