I like to use the blend mode Grain Merge for my lines, but it can sometimes show odd coloring underneath and make the lines unclean. This took a little bit of time and patience but the result, I think, looks really good!! I'll have to experiment more and see if I can speed it up at all. It's a malevolent spirit, probably a poltergeist, who likes to appear as either this monster or a stray dog to lure in people to capture and throw into another dimension, as payment to a sort of demon crime ring who is keeping it out of prison, but at the cost of human sacrifices. The mouth on it's tail can actually open to about its mid back, and the seam is hidden by its cape. I’m back with a reference sheet for Keene! Figured it was about time he got a proper one, plus I’ve been on a kick for making ref sheets lately. Too bad they’re so time consuming, I’d love to make more for all of my OCs :’((( I made a few aesthetic changes to his design, nothing major! I had a lot of trouble with his legs tho lol
