The Item Berserker's Belt Says it drops from the "Swiftfoot Berserker" when it drops from a Centaur Berserker.
Dunno If this is a typo or intentional, but there is no "Swiftfoot Berserker" as far as I can find.
Wearing the stolen sash of a fallen Swiftfoot Berserker will brand you as a target for others in the same herd. A bold choice, or a foolish one?

I'm pretty sure those are named by players so the creator probably didn't capitalize it, just like this one:
