Well, if we're all max level, I'm hoping this is a baldwin level update. They've gone a while with no response, if this is just a bug it's a weirdly long-lasting one for such an important feature.

I'm using google chrome and my computer runs on windows 10 home if that helps.

I'm on Firefox, but having the same problem as reported above. It happens both when I approach Baldwin from the trading post and when I follow the link from my notifications.
