I noticed these were fixed a while ago, but seem to have broken again.

It's most obvious on the festival announcements, when you go to look at the skins, the tooltips force the page to either scroll down or sideways (if the window isn't super wide).

Pretty sure this is to do with your configuration, unless I've misunderstood. I can make the window only cover half the post and the tooltips appear inside the window, no scrolling required. Have you checked your zoom and your OS text size %?

EDIT: Misunderstood, this issue is happening to me too!

@Vendrus It's all normal and hasn't changed since Flameforger's.

I'm pretty sure FR implemented a fix some months back as well.

Have you tried Chrome? Could be something to do with Firefox/Safari/etc. I don't think I've ever seen what you're talking about, or anyone mention it on the bug forum before.

@Vendrus Chrome is what I've always used on this computer.
