For example, what devices have you tried, what browsers have you used, when exactly does the screen freeze, etc.
The screen freeze shouldn't happen when you clear it from a computer.

The seizure warning unfortunately has to be cleared through a computer such as a desktop or laptop rather than a touch screen tablet device. Once you do that, you should be able to play games on a mobile device.
Also, when reporting bugs, please be sure to keep the [url=http://www1.flightrising.com/forums/bug/1912]Bug Reporting Guide[/url] in mind on how to properly submit a bug. Additionally, if you could please try to include the following, it would be a great help to the engineers:
