I think this was last posted 9 months ago, just noticed it on one of my hatchlings:
Vermillion Shimmer / Coatl Female
Vermillion is an orangey-red color, but on female adult coatls is noticeably more pink. Hatchling appears ok:

It is pretty minor but I noticed that lace on female Pearlcatcher's overlaps off of the wing which leaves a single dot on the back of the leg/lower back. I have tried it in multiple colours and it happens with all I tried which makes it appear as if it is an issue with the gene. It is only on female PC's.

(Sorry if this is in the wrong place. It is the first time I have reported an issue of any kind on this site.)

It says this is for gene colors, but I'm seeing problems similar to mine concerning gene clipping, so I'm guessing this is where this goes...
Problem: Gene base templates/clipart errors
Dragon: Adult Bogsneak Female
Encountered: In the Scrying Workshop. When I use the Dragon Search the errors can still be seen, which is why I'm presuming it has to do with the gene base art.
Details: While previewing genes on my Bogsneak girl, I noticed that the Underbelly gene's colors go outside the lines on the inside of the first tail curve. This isn't her, but you can see the lineart easily here:

I previewed all of the other Tertiary genes on her to make sure it wasn't supposed to be like that, and none of the other genes do this. However, I did notice that Circuit doesn't completely color the near front paw (the one open and facing us) as completely as it does the other two visible paws; the fade effect leaves the leftmost toes the wrong color. According to the back paw the toes all need to be a solid color, and according to the other front paw the fade should only effect the tops of the toes; regardless, I figured it was worth mentioning:

Just to be thorough, I checked how these genes looked on adult male and hatchling Bogsneaks, and they don't have these problems:

While scrying today, I noticed [s]three[/s] four different issues with genes on male Wildclaws' tails:

See how Bar clips into the "underbelly" area at the root of the tail?

Tiger does the exact same. It looks like whoever did the pattern just forgot to cut the excess on the tail at the end.

Then I wanted to use Giraffe as an example for how the cut is clean on other genes. It is, but I noticed that a line dividing two of the hexagons seems to be missing instead?

And with Freckle, there is no underbelly part on the tail at all, it just covers the entire tail. There is a clean cut to the belly on other breeds as well as WC females.
Sorry for not marking the spots more in detail, I hope everyone can see them x_x

Not really sure about this, just something I think is odd:
Female Fae Carribean Alloy
It has a noticeable shade to green that doesn't exit on other species.

For Comparison:
I just noticed this earlier, but Coatl males have a "ghost" behind their tail wing.

It seems to be present all the time, and changes based on the secondary gene.

Copper runes on Skydancer males isn't showing the blue fade.

In every other dragon breed, there's the blue gradient.
I found this in the scrying workshop but it's seen in dragon search.
EDIT: This same error is showing with the colors lapis, metals, and tarnish.

Forest skink and cherry butterfly on a male tundra
I was in the scrying workshop and noticed that male tundra dragon's hair turns way darker than the other breeds'.

While a male pearlcatcher, for example, keeps the bright red. It has the same genes, but a pretty different look.

izzywizzy - Tundra manes are generally affected differently than other breeds overall, kinda nice difference, I don't think it is an error but I could be wrong!
