Breeding pairs are shown in separate posts, let us know if you have any questions about hatchlings/unlisted pairings/reservations/being @'d when nest hatch!
Rules:
- Please ping us to get our attention! We all have separate breeding pairs, but since Zifeara is on most often, she may be @'ing you. This doesn't mean she has your hatchling.
- 1:1000 treasure ratio
- We're open to haggling/holds on dragon, you just have to ask!
It's a dark night but you aren't worried; you have your trusty dragons by your side and you've never had a problem wandering around so late before. You're in an unfamiliar part of the Foxfire Bramble, passing large rotting trees and suspicious caves. A voice calls to you from the shadows of a hollow behemoth, slight and unassuming. Looking around, you find a small Fae- barely distinguishable from the gloom around her.
"Hey you, human. Ooooh, you have dragons. Care to step in here? We have a den with some hatchlings looking for a new person. What have you got to lose?"
She has shadow eyes, but something about her seems off. The faint scent of decaying wood hangs over her and you're cautious. Peering into the maw of the old tree behind her though, you can see hatchlings of varying breeds rolling around on the ground, happily playing. Maybe just a look wouldn't hurt?
Before you can enter, a much larger dragon steps out. The Wildclaw towers over you, turning her head to eye you before giving your dragons the once-over as well.
"Hmm. Not often we get humans out this way. I supposed I could let you in to see the hatchlings. Talk to the other dragons if you want; they all breed regularly. Maybe they'd save an egg for you."
She starts to stalk out of the tree, calling back over her shoulder. "Fang! Human to see the young!"
She makes her way around you, sparing one last glance. "My mate will show you around. Be careful; he's protective of the hatchlings. Accidentally step on a tail or knock over a whelp and you might lose something."
As she disappears into the gloom of the Bramble, the largest Nocturne you've ever seen takes her place.
"Hey, welcome to the Witch's Familiar! If you want to come with me, I'll introduce you to the den. Might find someone you like."
He nods his head behind him, a motion you take to mean you're to follow. Watching Nocturnes walk as opposed to fly is always funny, but he's just so big that you wonder how he gets airborne at all. Frankly, you somewhat don't want to see that. This tree is much larger inside than it looked; areas dug out underneath and different chambers leading to different nesting areas.
Fang speaks again, nodding towards a much noisier chamber.
"You can see Aun if you want a familiar as opposed to a dragon. Don't pay him much mind- he's a brat at the best of times."
