Soon enough, you do see the sign, 'A Little Bit of Everything' written in elegantly curved letters on a wooden sign. There is an arrow on the sign, pointing to a nearby cave. Looking at it, it's obvious why this location was chosen. Room on land for any dragons not from Water lairs to visit, but also with underwater areas for the Water dragons to be comfortable.
A pale white Coatl laid on a rock near the entrance, eyes closed but her head turned in your direction. "Welcome to our hatchery," the white Coatl said with a smile. "My name is Sukh, and I am the nursery attendant in our clan. I take care of all hatchlings in our lair until they are old enough to tend to themselves or leave to seek their fortunes. I know that any of them would love to find a new home in your clan, however. All of them are inside, I'll introduce you and answer any questions you have about them."
The pale Coatl, Sukh, got up and headed into the cave, humming softly to herself, and after a moment you follow her. After all, you won't meet anyone standing outside all day.

2. My gem to treasure ratio is 1g:1000t, since that seems to be about the standard going rate now. Festival currency (from any festival) will be worth 1:1000t.
3. Members of the Earth flight get a 15% discount. During the festivals, the corresponding flight will also get 15% off. Affiliates get the same 15% discount, but keep in mind discounts only stack up to 30% (meaning if you're Earth flight, it's the Rockbreaker's Ceremony, and you're an affiliate, you would still only get 30% off, to keep things fair for everyone).
4. I do accept items as payment. I'll go by the lowest AH price, and I will take apparel (ping to ask what kinds I'm interested in), familiars, or stacks of food. Meat is valued at 50t per food point, plants at 40t per food point, and seafood and insects are valued at 75t per food point. Baldwin items or materials that could be traded for Swipp are also accepted. Again, I'll go by LAH to see what their value is.
5. All pairs will have Earth eyes (since I'm Earth flight), but if you specially request that they have a specific kind of eyes, I'll try to work something out. Some pairs may get others eyes without being requested, simply because I think they would look good together.
6. If there are hatchlings left over from a specific pair when they're RTB again, they won't be nested until the hatchlings (or grown dragons at that point) are sold.
7. If you buy one of the dragons and exalt them, please just name them first. Otherwise, go nuts.
8. If you ask to be put on a pinglist, whether a general one or one for a specific pairing, I'll keep you on it until you request to be off of it.
9. If there are two dragons in my lair that aren't an established pair in the hatchery but you would like to get a hatchling from, let me know and we can see about working something out.
10. Sometimes I may breed my other dragons, and their hatchlings will be listed in this thread. They will have a separate post rather than putting them with the hatchlings from my breeding pairs. The same things apply to them that apply to the others, however, the discounts and item trades.
11. Hatchlings will be kept until they are two weeks old, at which point they will go off to serve Earthshaker to make room for more hatchlings. This rule might change, depending on how well different pairings sell, but for right now the cutoff is two weeks.
12. My dragons will usually all be under 50kt (I don't see the point in pricing them higher than that). I'd request that you don't flip them (ie, buy at a lower price from me just to sell for a higher price), but once they're yours, you're free to do what you want. If any dragons are priced higher (new genes, new breed, etc.) then payment plans can be arranged.
