Dragons may or may not be held according to when you asked and when I answered.
ex: If you asked for a dragon a day earlier and I just responded, I will hold the dragon for 24 hours.
If you asked for the dragon five minutes ago and someone else asks for the dragon that you haven't yet accepted, it's fair game.
