A part of a migratory group of dragons nicknamed 'Spooktown,' the pair live on the outskirts of Aster Clan territory through the cooperation of Reed. Both Tarrant and Hatta possess strange abilities; Tarrant may conceal himself in a thick cloud of gas, much unlike typical Lightning-aligned dragons, and though Hatta is as ancient as the sun, she remains youthful, vivacious, and always ready for a sinister cup of tea.
