I'm not sure that there actually
are any actual Fulgurites in existence. I obtained one of mine from the creator, and running a search only reveals one dragon (who has been exalted) with the gene/color requirements, so I think these boys are probably as close to "official" as they're going to get.
30k is great. I'll send a CR right now.
