I was actually planning on leveling him up next, so it's no trouble at all! And yes, the two dragon discount still applies since you would buy them at the same time if you could. :)
No down-payment required, I'll send a CR for 300k when he's done (so that's a total of 650k for both). And you can accept it whenever you're ready. Would you like me to write a little bio for him?
