@RamenNoodleCat Thank you for waiting so patiently! Your lore is finished! Is it alright with you if I added your dragons to my showcase? Also since you had four dergs that needed lore and none of them needed anything coded into it, I’m bypassing the code I usually do for requests. Just please put credit (and link it back to this thread) when you put these in the respective bio! Thanks so much again and I hope you like them!
Having hatchlings of her own was all Divinity ever wanted. She wanted to experience the happiness of getting a fruitful brood, the joy of raising children of her own with unique personalities. She wanted to be a source of help to them when needed, a supplier of advice when asked, a pillar of support when they’re feeling helpless. Unfortunately, life had a different direction and that direction was not the one she wanted. It was an ordinary day in the clan when an angered dragon stormed the grounds, Divinity among the few dragons that rose up to protect the clan from the rampage. The battle was in their favor when the dragon slammed its bigger body into her, causing her to fly into the air and slammed into a tree. A broken branch impaled her in the lower stomach, right where her womb was located. The clan healers did their best to reverse the damage but nothing they tried was successful. The report devastated the Guardian to the point where she refused to leave her lair, either Moonstone or Amity consoling her. When she finally decided to leave the lair and face the clan again, they welcomed her with open arms and loving words. As time went by, mates began to spring up in her clan, which meant hatchlings were soon to follow after. Divinity had to stop herself from becoming boiled over with jealousy, the urge of wanting hatchlings of her own was relentless. But that wasn’t the only urge she felt. As the nesting grounds were starting to be filled with eggs, Divinity found herself guarding the eggs and making sure the hatching process went smoothly. As the nursery became full of hatchlings, that urge to protect kept coming again, the Guardian knew her Search was over and that the tiny dragons that would flock her whenever she was near were her charges. Parents were very grateful for Divinity’s presence, the Guardian managed to keep the little ones busy by teaching them how to hunt and gather and to fight, while their parents attended their business. On special occasions, she managed to persuade the hatchlings parents into letting them spend the night in her lair, her mate Moonstone telling them elaborate stories of heroticism and fantasy. As the night grew late and the children all snuggly and sleepy, Divinity would think about her barren womb. However, any thoughts of disgust or failure would not plague her. While she wanted children of her own, the opportunity she had now was good enough.

Moonstone never asked to be the clan’s “therapist”. Not that it bothered him either. He knew how life wasn’t easy on anyone, no matter how significant or insignificant their role in the clan was. He was also blessed with a gift to sense others emotions and not putting that to use was a waste. He first discovered this talent when his lover Divinity suffered the blow of not being able to bear hatchlings, the mighty waves of sadness and defeat engulfed him to the point he had to leave the lair and fetch for his other lover. However, outside of the lair wasn’t any better, the emotions his clan exuded bombarded him as well. It took a bit of time for Moonstone to not be overwhelmed by the emotions that surrounded him, using his gift little by little to coax Divinity to leave the lair. Whenever the negative emotions would flare up, he’d back off and console her, trying again the next day. Soon enough, he managed to get her out of the lair and face the clan again and even though she was a ball of nervous energy, he was proud of her. That event might have been the start of Moonstone’s “therapy” role, he did not know. All he knew what that clan members were drawn to him and wanted to tell him how they were feeling. Since he was a quiet dragon, he made an excellent listener and when he did talk, his clientele couldn’t help to be at peace with him. Whenever he wasn’t helping someone calm down or lending an ear if needed, Moonstone could be found with his lover Divinity, amongst the hyperactive hatchlings that would harp him for a story. Moonstone was not only talented in sensing emotions but also talented in telling elaborate tales that would have the children wanting more. No story he told was the same as the last, neither did he told a story twice. Since Divinity spent so much time in the nursery with the hatchlings, Moonstone never left her side. Especially on the nights where the hatchlings were allowed in their lair for a sleepover. He knew that Divinity did not sleep right away, so he trained himself to be still and quiet and tune into his lover’s emotions. He did not sense any negative emotions coming from Divinity, just love and content. As long as she was happy, so was he.

Solothurn was one of a few words. He wasn’t someone to start a conversation with, opting on listening rather than saying anything. That didn’t hinder his relationships with other dragons though, in fact, anyone who’s tried to have a conversation with him tried harder to get him to speak. Solothurn was often amused at the attempts and would quietly gesture that he needed to be on his way. The only time he did talk was to hand someone their packages he was tasked to deliver and that was it. If he had no deliveries that day, he’s usually found in the clan’s bestiary. Solothurn liked being around the animals much more than he liked being around other dragons, simply because they did not demand him to speak. At first, the animals were rather wary of him because of his massive size but with some coaxing and high quality treats, the animals quickly warmed up to him. No one knew why he was like the way he was, though some had a theory that his mate’s exaltation was the reason why he felt no comfort in other dragons presence. Marianas was also a lover of animals and would often ramble on and on about the wildlife that lived around them. He thought she was silly when she told him that animals made much better companions than most dragons, yet he never voiced those thoughts. The last thing he wanted to do was to hurt his mate’s feelings. He also never visited the bestiary when she was around, too busy with deliveries to drop and meet the animals she called friends. That all changed when she was ready to serve the Lightweaver, the bestiary was the only thing he had left of his darling mate. He would see her every time he entered the den, see her interacting with the animals, feeding them, telling them stories or gossiping. Of course he never knew what exactly was she up to when she was around the animals but he could picture what she could of done very vividly. If he spent too long thinking about his lover, Solothurn finds himself overcome with emotions and is consoled by his lover’s animal friends. He appreciates the effort but their concern and comfort is not the same as Marianas’. Unfortunately, Solothurn could not mourn for too long. There were packages to deliver and no one but himself had that responsibility.

Wisp was his own little entity. A mystery that many dragons tried to solve but always seem to come up short. But, how could anyone figure out the origin of something they could not see? There were two things that Wisp revealed about himself that was common knowledge amongst dragonfolk: one, if you bring him something shiny, he’ll in return give you good luck and fortune and two, he loves cats. The cats were the only give away that something lurked deep within the Starwood Strand. No dragon was deaf hearing the cats purr loudly in content or blind to the imprints of claws combing through their fur. Wisp found it amusing when dragons would try to find him and would mess with them a little, making their shiny offerings float in their face for a few seconds before disappearing. Some dragons would keep looking until they’re tired, others would roar in frustration and be on their way. But since he was a spirit of luck and good fortune, Wisp never forgot to repay a dragon for their kindness. Soon enough, wandering dragons who's heard of a spirit that brings good luck, began to travel far and wide. Not so they could see him but to get a piece of good fortune bestowed upon them. To be quite honest, Wisp wasn’t sure what his origins was either. All he knew was that one day he took his first breath and became alive. He knew that it had to do with the magic that flowed through the Arcane forest that helped with his creation, that same magic running through his veins. He didn’t care about how his life came to be anyway, perfectly content with existing. Content with playing with the two cats that lives with him in his shrine and blessing those who bless him. It was a simple life really yet Wisp never complained. If he was lucky, his visitors not only brought him a shiny gift but also a story to tell. Wisp enjoyed listening to the ups and downs of a passing dragon’s life, the failures and successes. Even though he couldn’t talk back to them, he made sure they knew that he was listening and in return, they continued to talk. Some conversations ran so long that Wisp’s visitor would have to spend the night at the shrine, which he also enjoyed as well. They were much rarer than a conversation yet he didn’t care. He cherished them regardless.
