Half or full payment is due before I start! For USD orders, payment must be done through Paypal, or New Zealand bank account. If full payment is not sent yet, you will be sent a watermarked version of your order. If you are ordering a lined piece, I will send you a sketch preview. This is the point when you can ask for edits to be made. After this, only small colouring edits can be made. By default, I'll only send you the sketch preview and the finished product. If you wish to have more progress updates, feel free to request that, but please do not constantly ask me for updates. Once a piece is finished, it cannot be refunded. If not complete, you will be refunded half the original price (none if you paid half initially). It goes without saying that you shouldn't claim commissioned work as your own art.
