Information: Twin sister to ^Hina Keahi, Hina Kuluua is the Mistress of Rain. She was gifted the mountain Puuhonu from her mother. Much like her sister, Hina Keahi's people were successful and thrived on the mountain until the streams dried and the plants died. When Hina Keahi's sacrifice provided for her people, Hina Kuluua tried to do the same but she forgot that she was the mistress of rain and that water and fire do not mix. While her sister's people prospered, Hina Kuluua's people died because her sacrifice did not provide the same result as her sister's. Instead, Hina Kuluua perished in her imu and legend says that the mists and rains surrounding Puuhonu are the tears of Hina Kuluua as she laments the loss of her people
