DARK'S EXPERIMENTAL PWYW ART SHOP
Status: Open | Pinglist |[Closed]
So I have a bad case of art block.
I haven't drawn in a good while because my mental health has been kicking my rear, but I want to try and get out of this whole "not being able to draw" bug that I have. So instead of taking commissions in my normal art shop, I'm doing something a little different!
I'm going to be experimenting with my style, and going outside of my comfort zone.
So what does that mean, exactly?
Unlike in my art shop, where you have a reference to guide you in terms of what your finished piece will look like, I have no clue what you'll end up with. I could experiment with thinner or thicker lineart, one-layer painterly styles, cell shading or soft shading -- anything goes. I also won't be sending progress updates, and this isn't first come, first served like my usual shop is.
I've also wanted to test out PWYW methods for a while to see how it goes! If it goes smoothly enough, I might keep this going.
So let's get this started!
RULES
1. Send payment through MESSAGES, not through the crossroads. If you want a refund I'll happily send your payment back as long as I haven't started on your piece!
2. Please don't send payment until I ask you to! Since this shop isn't first come, first served, I'd prefer that you wait until I confirm your payment until you send it. Thanks!
2. Please be sure to credit me! I'm going to be changing my username soon, so please use either my ID (#98117) or my deviantart username.
3. Minimum payment of 10kt/10g
4. Do not use my art for commercial use.
5. Do not resell my art.
6. Please don't ask for specific styles. Things like "Can I get a chibi/headshot?" will be ignored. (If you're after a specific style, head on over to my regular art shop and ask to be put on the pinglist.)
REFERENCES:
Since this is an experimental shop, what you see here probably isn't going to be exactly what you get (especially since the minimum price is much lower than what I usually take), but hopefully it'll give you an idea of what might come!
Just keep in mind that the amount you pay will tie into the quality of the art you get. Take a look at my regular art shop (which you can find by clicking HERE or clicking the "Dark's Art Shop" banner in my tagline) to see how I price my commissions to get an idea of what you'll be getting!
You can find my DeviantArt gallery HERE: https://www.deviantart.com/darkfallendragon/gallery/
Here's a few images in a bunch of different styles, to give you an idea:
ORDER FORM:
Username: Your username!
Link to dragon: Either link or post the BBCode to your dragon(s)!
Payment amount/type: How much are you paying (Minimum of 10kt/10g)? Are you paying in gems or treasure?
Extra notes: Anything extra you'd like me to know. Is your dragon grumpy most of the time, do they have an obsession with peanut butter, do they have one green eye and one purple eye? Here's the place to tell me!
ALSO! If you have music you'd like to refer me to, you can do that here too! I'm more than happy to find new jams to listen to while doodling your dragon.
