For colors, I was thinking something around this or this level of variety. If the extra 50 levels will cover that, I'll go ahead and add it.

Simplifying Chrom's accent is no problem, as long as it's clear that he's wearing armor that also includes a bit of filigree on his wings.

By the way, I just saw the "all dragons must be received by Saturday at noon" rule. I work full time and don't have much time to coli on weeknights. Will it be a problem if my remaining levels aren't sent until later in the day on Saturday (probably around FR 18:00)?
