Firstly I must say that she is gorgeous ! I would be honoured to draw her :D
For the price:
Full detailed dragon body + background: 800 g
4 pieces of apparel = 4x50g = 200 g
The accent is a really complex one so I may ask for more than usual. Maybe 200 g?
Total price : 1200 g
If that's ok for you, tell me the "atmosphere" you want in the drawing and some ideas for the background ^^
