I haven't tried it out yet, so I can't be entirely sure of the outcome or how much time I'd take.
But as far as flight rising dragons design go, they're fairly detailed, I'd think at least 1000 gems or 8$.
My well tried out chibi option comes in full body though, if that might interest you.
