He only has one piece of apparel (thresher flatfins) but i'd like those drawn on if thats okay (I can pay more if needed).
This dragon is based off an OC of mine that was human and got turned into a mermaid, so its sorta important to his character but If thats not possible thats okay XD.
This dragon is a really curious bean by nature. (I have a meh little blurb about him in his info box if you want to read it.) So a curious expression would really fit his personality. Especially if it highlights his eyes!

I've never requested personal art before ( all my dragons with art came with said art allready attatched) so I have no idea how much information is too much. I'm still sorta new here!
