"Greetings, wanderer," he says. "I presume that you have come here for some lore? Written stories? Archives for your clan? Recorded history?"
He doesn't wait until you answer.
"Well, you're in the place to be!" he exclaims. "My work partner and I, Eirande (she's outside right now as usual) run this lore shop! She writes poetry and I write stories! Just check out the shop, wander around a bit, and possibly order something!"

Eirande coughs. "Well, back to business. I write poetry. If you'd like you can go check it out inside!"

It also has mention of him possibly losing his home in the past... so however you want to interpret that. The idea, again, is like a song you may hear from a bard in a tavern. Or a traveler or something of the sort.
Side note, walking into class now so I may not reply too quickly, so take your time. I'll get a cr to ya asap with some treasure and or gems.
