Color: Silver (or white if that works better), and then a light blue glow. Similar to the Icewarden example you have. Not sure if that one has a stroke on it to separate the glow from the words. You could also look at the image on my clan profile with the crescent moon and glowy gem for reference if you'd like.
Size: It'll be in my profile above the clan icon I have.

@Amorah thanks for your order! Just wanted to clarify; would you like the text to be black with the outer glow the color of blood? Or did you want the text to be the color of blood with a different (or same) color for the outer glow?
