Orchid is also an artist, decorating her sleeping spaces with charcoal drawings and hanging flowers. She is easily able to collect herself, but has moments when her emotions overwhelm her and she breaks down into a silent freeze. These episodes can be interrupted by a dragon touching her. Loves her girlfriend - Taggart - more than anything. He's deeply annoyed with not being taken seriously and overcompensates by being cartoonishly macho- despite his flamboyant tendencies. Kona is troubled, acts out violently because he doesn't know how to deal with emotions, and unable to accept love from fear of losing it. He really likes his bow tie- despite it being given to him as a monitoring device. He's gifted in chemistry and is proud of the random stuff he makes- including the dye he used for his tail. His skin and organs are cyan. She bears a lopsided v-shaped scar on her neck, gained from many torturous experiments at Edgeworks having to do with regeneration abilities. She is lithe and sports a small tuft of feathers at the tip of her tail. Liesel's snout is half muzzle, the tip having a cat's nose above the point of the beak, and has a mouth full of teeth. Overall she's spunky and wants justice. Asker is very young, and mainly takes the form of a small, pudgy griffon with a few black specks on his chest. The tip of his tail is also black. His left wing is completely torn off, but somehow it doesn't seem to bother him. Asker's blood is ink black. He's prone to babbling- although he was essentially just "born", he has the memories of the "original Asker". The memories come to him constantly in vivid detail, but he isn't able to comprehend it all the time. Alvern is a failed attempt at creating a dragon (by mixing together the felid, wolf and bird DNA). He's big and anxious, but gentle. He's the leader of his team- the Club Division- in the trials. While in the home of Queen Beluga and King Petrel, she was terrified out of her mind. A lot of that fear still lingers after 12 years, but thanks to Alcea, she's become relaxed enough to show her sarcastic, witty attitude instead of quiet anxiety. She fled the northern Tarasca colony with Alcea when they were around 18 after a life of abuse. Murrelet could never be Queen like Petrel and Beluga planned for her to be. Instead, she has adopted the title of "Runaway Prince" as a sort of jab at her family, not intending on her nickname to be taken seriously by any means. Murrelet is skilled at fishing, using throwing nets for big hauls and diving into reefs to snag smaller catches. Tern moved from the Royal Spire to an outpost near the edge of the colony, working as a patrol guard. Really, Alcea is as radiant as the Sun to Murrelet. Follows his own ideas through to completion, no matter if they're bad or good. He's someone you'd want on your side on a fight, if only for his trash-talking and agility. His favorite things are storms and warm beds. He has conflicted romantic feelings for Akiva (because he's shady and a little too flirty right away for him to trust), and romantic feelings for Allure. Overall, Litu is a pompous jerk. He relies on his scribe (Jumari) for everything and although Asel is the deciding voice of the Council, he doesn't care a lot about anything. His design is based on a Red-Golden Pheasant. He wants nothing more than to be known as a hero and be remembered for it, despite being the reason why everything's going so bad in the first place. He's massive, only a little shorter than King Asel who towers over most land-dwelling dragons.
